Tidevandet fantastisk, ophold elendigt

Arrogante personale på hotel, i beskrivelsen af hotel fremgik at der var roomservice og minibar, men der var ingen af delene, der var efter kl 21 ingen mulighed for at gå ud for at få en kop kaffe eller en drink idet alle restauranter/barer lukkede kl 21. Der var larm indtil kl 01:00 og igen fra kl 04:00. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse

Un peu décevant

Emplacement idéal à l'entrée du Mont Saint Michel

-J'ai demandé une chambre calme, pas à côté des escaliers. Pas de réponse à mon message sur Booking. J'arrive sur place, je demande à nouveau si c'est possible d'avoir une chambre calme. On me donne la première chambre à côté de la réception, devant laquelle tout le monde y passe. Le réceptionniste a quand même changé la chambre après lui avoir demandé à nouveau, mais c'est du foutage de gueule. - Le seche cheveux s'arrêtait chaque 10 secondes - Moquette qui devrait être changée - Prix très cher pour la qualité de la chambre

Osez, vous serez bien surpris

L'emplacement est idéal, vu sur les toits et les ruelles. Le calme de l'hôtel. Le fait que l'on puisse déposer et laisser les valises est un plus pour profiter du séjour sur le mont. Au vu des commentaires que nous avions lu, nous avons été agréablement surpris.

L'accueil du restaurant lors du petit déjeuner était froid, on ne se sentait pas les bienvenus. Au niveau de l'accueil, il n'y a pas de WC...c'est dommage en arrivant ou en partant cela pourrait être un 👍les tâches "propres" sur la moquette de la chambre, c'est dommage.

Une nuit tranquille sur une Merveille

La chambre ultra confort. Emplacement de l'hôtel. Literie au top. Accueil très sympathique. Le calme du soir.

Le repas du soir mais trop copieux du coup nous n'avons pas apprécié le petit-déjeuner. On pourrait un tarif préférentiel pour le parking ou inclus dans la formule. Réveil par l'hélicoptère un peu rude. Dysfonctionnement de la TV (aucun signal).

Annexe St Michel

Nous avions réservé les Terrasses Poulard mais nous avons été logé pour la nuit à l annexe St Michel qui fait parti de l établissement. Chambre de taille raisonnable, au calme, lits confortables Pouvoir passer une nuit sur le Mont Saint Michel est exceptionnel et cela permet de profiter des lieux sans l'abondance touristique.

Les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur des tarifs de l'hôtel...très cher 230€ la nuit, chambre vétuste, salle de bain minuscule, propreté à revoir, télé ne fonctionnait pas... beaucoup de désagréments au vue des tarifs pratiqués

Glad it was only one night. It was just OK.

People at check in were nice.

Got sent to an annex hotel area. Rooms and bathrooms were much smaller. Faced a walled interior courtyard so no breezes at all to cool room down. Bathroom was extremely narrow and small. One person at a time could use it. Request a room in main hotel if booking.

Love this place

I thought everything was wonderful. I loved the location that its the first hotel when you enter Mont St Michel. I love the view from the room, it was comfortable, clean, the bathrooms were great, the breakfast was wonderful.

We checked in at night and there wasn't lights leading up to our room (was very dark and cold and wet outside with steps). If you could put in some lighting and good signage I think that would make a great improvement.

L'emplacement était parfait, le petit déjeuner de qualité et de quantité, juste le bémol que ce soit dans un autre bâtiment à l'extérieur.

le fait de laisser nos affaires, sacs, valises (ce qui était proposé gentiment pour la visite tranquille ensuite) parterre contre un mur dans l'accueil, ce serait bien de proposer une armoire ou un lieu non accessible aux autres clients.

A fuir

Franchement lors de votre réservation soyez vigilants car les terrasses de la mère Poulard possèdent 3 établissements. Je ne sais pas si c est le fait d avoir pris la réservation via booking mais nous nous sommes retrouvés à l annexe St Michel à fuir. De l escalier a la chambre une odeur forte de moisissure impossible de ne pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes ce qui est compliqué avec les mouettes et la météo. Nous avons été donc reloger mais encore dans un autre immeuble au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ! Donc si vous voulez être aux terrasses (hôtel avec les magnifiques photos !) comme nous pensions l être c est un séjour à 370€ les deux nuits qui nous paraissent une véritable escroquerie au vu de la tromperie. Mais il suffit d avoir le nom Poulard pour ne plus se soucier du confort mais uniquement du portefeuille de ses clients. On est bien loin de la mentalité originale. Je suis extrêmement déçue

Maravillosa experiencia en Mont Saint Michel

Habitación espaciosa, la cama muy cómoda. Linda vista a la bahía. Buen desayuno. Excelente atención del personal.

Muy buena ubicacion en la ciudad!

Lo mejor del hotel es la excelente ubicación, habia leido comentarios anteriores así que reservé habitacion en el edificio principal, lo que resultó un acierto. La ciudad al atardecer es muy bella y uno se queda casi en solitario para disfrutarla!

El tamaño de la habitacion era pequeña, pero suficiente por una noche, El personal del restaurant podría ser mas amable.

Nuit de tempête hivernale parfaite !

Au cœur du Mont St Michel, un soir d'alerte rouge tempête, c'était idyllique. Chambre confortable, bien équipée, sanitaires très propres, literie confortable, un accueil très prévenant du personnel, nous avons tout de suite été informés des mesures de prudence. Personnel accueillant.

Unique - we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was excellent - a very friendly and capable staff. Absolutely no complaints.

A history travel and great hotel experience in the mount

The view of the window in our room was nice to the street, very confortabel bed, big bathroom in our room, breakfast was delicious a big buffet in a nice restaurant downstairs the hotel.

There was not a lot of info in the reception and in the evening the receptionist couldn’t help us in english with a question about the mount. It would feel a bit better for us if the staff could speak basic to communicate with us.

extremely friendly and helpful staff. excellent location. quiet rooms. the pool is a nice extra for Paris!

the rooms are small, typically for Paris. however, they are well-equipped, clean, and have all we needed. we got a free upgrade to a larger room when checking in

Compact and bijou

The room was clean and staff friendly

Smaller than expected and due to works had to book in at another hotel. Given instruction to get to room but unclear and no sign on exterior door that was temporarily being used as entrance. Were not made aware of these works when booking confirmed.

Great location in the medieval centre of Mont St Michel

Bad communication. Actual hotel was under renovation so they changed the hotel, but failed to tell us. Poor directions to find the substitute hotel. Could have been managed much better. Many many stairs. Had I known I would have booked a different hotel.

Exceptional

Location is awesome. It’s a great experience to stay for a night in such a magnificent place. It provides you with an opportunity to walk till the late night and feel the atmosphere of the place, watch low tide/high tide and enjoy the nature. Totally recommend this place.

Superb

The staff were friendly at reception and breakfast, especially Naome on reception who was extremely helpful and always cheerful. The breakfast was great, much more choice than we expected! It was hard to tell details of rooms on the internet but our room was basic but good. Comfy clean beds. Hot shower. Nice little courtyard/town roofs view.

We asked for twin beds and got a double. But that was ok.
