amazing staff

The staff was very nice and care. very clean. breakfast buffet was very complete. vallet parking was very useful. rooms were renovated, big room I choose with king bed and the view of the city was unforgettable.

you don’t have complimentary water at the room. you have to pay extra if you want to use whatever is in the refrigerator. another thing was that the shower was leaking water outside so have to put towels on the floor to prevent the mess.

Front desk staff very helpful and sweet.and kind.

The pool attendant unfriendly and territorial. Refused to allow pool umbrellas in the open position. Never have I ever seen that. So our pool experience was short and hot and uncomfortable. The pool looked unfiltered and untreated and unclean. Which is a shame because the pool area was nice . The hotel food was pretty bad.

The room is clean

The AC was extremely hot, i have kept calling from 9pm until 4am to fix the ac, they said ok coming but no one came😔 The staff dont talk neither Arabic nor English

Super comfy rooms, lovely pool area (and sorely needed in such hot weather!), excellent breakfast, valet parking, very nice facilities overall. Highly recommended!

The coffee at breakfast was a little weak, and the location may not be the best if you want to be exactly in the center of the city, but other than these minor quibbles it was a really great hotel and I would definitely choose it again.

I was not impressed with the food, It all looked amazing but lacked taste !

We liked the location of the premises, many Restaurant's close by and the Hotel is 4 blocks from the Costanera Park, so it is well located. It was clean and quiet enough. Thx.

Hi, we did not like the Excalibur Restaurant inside the hotel,...but that was the only thing we did not like, all other things, room, elevators, how clean it and stuff was were ok. Thx
