About this house rental
The house is located in the center of the BEG-MEIL Cape, which stretches out to sea, between Forest Bay in the east, and the southern sector of the Iroise Sea in the Atlantic Ocean, comprising the archipelago of GLENAN, which protects all beaches looking out to sea, in South-South-West.
It is located at the bottom of a dead end private road in a garden of 1500 m2, enclosed by hedges.
On the ground floor, on 2 levels, one enters in from the street by an outside staircase leading to a lock as input, to enter at the dining room, located in elevation on the big living , on the ground floor, with large patio doors to a paved terrace. The kitchen at the dining room has a complete equipment.
The fireplace in the living room works with wood and there is a portable barbecue on the terrace with chairs, garden table and chairs.
By the central spiral stairway, you reach the first floor which includes a large bedroom with a bed for 2, with wardrobes, insulated with a dressing room and a bathroom. In the center of the stage, single room, fitted wardrobes and further, large bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a child's crib and a bed 1 pers folding. The television is in this room and can be installed in the living room. On the landing, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet separate C
2nd floor, two bedrooms with two single beds, individual closets, and a sink-shower-toilet on the landing.
On the mezzanine, laundry with washing machine, sink. Outside, two parking spaces on the road of the subdivision, and two others inside the garden.
The owner makes available to the tenant the bedding, maintenance, catering and food corresponding to the expected number of occupants.
The house offers every comfort of respect for private life and enjoy large spaces to be together.
The garden offers children many opportunities to play ..
The beaches of fine white sand, oriented east or south offer varied landscapes and activities.
This contemporary house is furnished in period style.
From the house you have the choice between the beaches of the bay (Birds, The wedge) or the beaches facing off larger: they are white sand beaches and purpose; walk it takes 10 minutes to reach and be able to swim in clear water.
The range of birds, 5 minutes walk is very nice in the morning and family and is advised if you have young children because it is small and the sea is calm. A downlink and low tide, fishing on foot is often successful, which delighted children and adults. A boat can anchor at La Cale or Birds on municipal coffers (the Captaincy Cale) .There are sites for ancillary boats on the beaches of Birds and La Cale.
Small Dunes Beach facing south is separated by a rocky area on the sand is needed to define an appropriate scope for the children.
The bike rides and mountain biking can discover Beg-Meil and its wooded surroundings easily from home, or to either Mousterlin to Cape Coz. There are many unfrequented paths that allow to flow nicely.
A day at Glénan islands allows you to vary your stay, discover the wildest landscapes and water through which one can read the paper placed at the bottom of the water! .
Sailing, kayaking, paddle to practice safely in the bay and allow to discover uncrowded coves.
To Mousterlin, there are roads reserved for riders.
A Cornish getaway you will discover Breton heritage.
Finally, in return, a pancake with his bowl of cider allow you to round off the day.
