Very nice space to stay in Sintra Would stay again provided the nearby building work is over

Beautiful views, spacious and very clean room Character property in historical centre

One beside light didn’t work Crockery was scarce and some was cracked Very limited work top surface and very small fridge Building work noise from nearby building site starting at 8.30 am and throughout most of the day

Quiet spacious lodging in Sintra

Spacious property. Quiet.

The model was for essentially not visible staff. You were given a combination. I still like having someone visibly on site to ask question. But the site was very nice.

When I booked was told parking near by. Then day before departure was told new municipal rules meant you couldn’t park nearby. I have a bad hip and can’t walk very far. If I had been informed of this on 3rd July of the changes we could have looked for alternative options.

Location was good, access to the room was easy.

We didn’t have hot water, let the owner know and received 20€ off the cost of the room. Expected a bit more.

Warning, apartment 10 is a dark damp basement, misleading photos shown

The beds were comfortable despite feeling damp Good size Location is good

The apartment 10 was damp, dark and cold and photos mislead Part of the apartment is below street, and otherwise bedroom window is at street level as people walk past you can’t keep it open. It can be noisy from people upstairs Bathroom ceiling very low for my husband Kitchenette is tiny Stained towels had to be replaced

Great room, terrible time to be there

Bed was comfy, room was nice and clean, very spacious. Would have been perfect if it weren't for the major construction project right outside of your window. All in all the room is as advertised picture wise. Would definitely recommend once the construction is done

There is construction literally right outside of your window which completely ruins the vibe and view. From 8am to 6pm during the week expect to hear nothing but machines and loud construction workers. The shower temperature goes from hot to cold with no regulation or temperature consistency

Great value for your money but do not drive in Sintra historic district where this hotel is.

The location is excellent with only a 2 minute walk to the main square. The hostess gave helpful information. The room was comfortable- nice to have a kettle, sink and fridge.

Great bed and Location.

Huge bed and very comfortable. Great location, Nice bathroom with bathtub. Also had a couch and table an chairs and small kitchenette. Coffee maker with a couple of pods was a good start.

No wine glasses, coffee pods were not standard Nexpresso pods, so we only had two. They offerred us to go to the loby and get some more,, but there was none by the coffee maker there. There was no staff so no one to help. the unit had stairs leading to it and no elevator, so not great for my wife who walks with a cane, but we managed.

The location is great and the bed so comfortable

The think that wasn't good is the system to shower for hot water once you adjust it it may come extra hot instantly so you had to be extra careful to shower

Exceptional

Really great. Very comfortable room with a small kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, fridge, sink), spotlessly clean. Had problems to enter the room with the provided code, but remote reception was really helpful and solved the problem immediately. I definitvely enjoyed the stay - thank you!

Someone left the air conditioning/heating at 31 degrees celsius which was far too much. Had to open all the windows. This was an unnecessary waste of energy.

Great Stay in Sintra

The room was very cozy, clean and easy to access. The bed was very confortable, the kitchen was equiped and the bathroom was also good. Very nice location!

I wasn’t happy because didn’t say anything on the booking is a hidden place with a lot of stairs getting to the building and so many stairs going up .

could not connect to the host when my car was stopped by the police because the hotel was located in a private area. I called the host number several times but always ended up getting a hang up, very frustrating.

Charming place with great location

Very clean, nice and comfy room. Perfect for getaway

There was a fire alarm ringing in the middle of the night and no one in the premises to turn it off. Also the contact numbers were unresponsive

good location very nicely designed flat nice complimentary snack upon arrival

missing slippers as there is a cold floor no view as the flat was on the ground floor very thin walls - we couldn't sleep one night because of a crying baby from another flat
