Gostamos muito do atendimento, café da manhã

O ar condicionado da cobertura não funcionava. Um calor terrível na parte de cima da suíte. Outro aspecto negativo foi : não nos informaram na recepção que o hotel oferece café da manhã diferenciado para quem fará passeio antes das 6h. Acho válido ressaltar isso no ato do checkin para que o hóspede possa tomar café da manhã e ir passear. O consumo do restaurante deve ser melhor controlado. Hoje, na hora do check out estava faltando itens que consumimos e tb tinha itens que não consumimos no detalhe para pagamento. Seria interessante mais eficiência nessa questão. Sem mais, tudo excelente!

Aconchego e conforto

Café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é confortável, aconchegante, enorme. Cama king, lençóis branquinhos, banheiro bem equipado e grande, e o box espaçoso. Área da piscina é espaçosa também, com bar e bons drinks e pratos. Tudo com bom preço. A segurança do hotel e o atendimento de todos é notável. Me senti tranquila e bem recebida. A vista do quarto que fiquei é voltada para a piscina e para o mar. Quarto com varanda, muito tranquilo. Ar condicionado e tv funcionando. Não tem muitos canais, mas não fez falta. O hotel fica em uma área menos movimentada de Maceió, mas sempre tem Uber ou 99 por perto. Na rua de trás tem vários restaurantes e barzinhos. A praia em frente é linda, tem um letreiro para tirar fotos ali perto, e um extenso gramado para relaxar no fim de tarde ou a noite. É muito seguro ficar ali. O hotel é enorme, gigantesco, ótima estrutura, jardim, piscina e quartos. Com certeza eu recomendo!

Já tinha visto muitas pessoas falando sobre a área do box não ser bem feita e vazar água. Acho que foi reformado e não deram atenção a isso. Tem uma estrutura velha ali. Apesar disso, não é uma coisa que desabona o quanto o hotel é aconchegante e confortável

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa

O hotel é lindo, as instalações são grandes e aconchegantes. Tem uma variedade muito boa para alimentação na mesma quadra do hotel.

O azulejo na borda da piscina nao é limpo a algum tempo. Seria bom ter essa manutenção.

Localização e equipe do hotel.

Estacionamento: Tive sorte de encontrar um lugar para estacionar nas redondezas do hotel, já que o estacionamento não tinha mais vaga. No entanto, caso não encontrasse vaga, não sei o que faria, pois se o hotel tivesse vaga teria que pagar pelo estacionamento do próprio hotel. Acredito que esse custo deveria estar incluso na hospedagem. Quarto: Problema com um barulho no ar-condicionado. Além disso, o suspiro do banheiro emitia alguns maus odores. Admito que também é minha culpa por não ter informado sobre esses problemas imediatamente. Infelizmente, só percebemos essas questões na hora de dormir, quando já era tarde demais.

Quartos, café da manhã, atendimento de alguns funcionários, em especial das recepcionistas e dos garçons.

Da segurança e dos vigilantes, a forma de abordagem não foi das melhores. Estacionamento pago e com um custo alto por noite. A pulseira de borracha era incomoda e não demonstrava segurança. Mesmo estando hospedado a 4 noites, a segurança parecia não reconhecer os hóspedes. Ora, se o hóspede entregar a pulseira a outra pessoa juntamente com o cartão chave do quarto poderia entrar no hotel, isso para mim ficou uma falha de segurança.

Great location, home feeling and good facilities.

The location, the facilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I went with my mom who has mobility problems, but it was very easy to get around, the hotel is well prepared and the staffs are lovely. I really recommend this hotel, we had a great experience, I will definitely come back.

The hotel is very good, we stayed on The top floor and the doors on the balcony didn’t close properly probably due to the salt from the sea. The air conditioner also didn’t work very well in the leaving room, although the ones in the rooms worked perfectly. The sink’s drain smells bad in one of the bathrooms.

Good location close to the beach, big rooms, nice staff.

The Wifi in the room is really bad and instable. The gym is very small and has not much equipment. For a big "resort" hotel the gym should be much better.

Pleasant

Well located at the far end of Jatiúca. The complex is a a good few years old but it still looks pleasant with nice airy reception area. Decent selection at breakfast. We stayed in one of the duplex apartments for a week with private pool on the top floor. The apartment was a good size with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room area upstairs leading onto a veranda with a little round pool. Air conditioning was available in all rooms. Parking was provided at an extra cost.

There was a massive building being constructed next to the hotel. This meant constant hammering and sawing noise from 730am till 5pm daily apart from Sunday. At 8am and 5pm every day an raid siren sounded to let the construction workers known when to start and finish work. The noise prevented us from using the private pool and balcony as it was unbearably loud. I asked if we could change to the opposite side of the complex but was told nothing was available. It's a shame as we had booked the week to escape our apartment that was being refurbished with the hope of relaxing but it seemed we jumped straight into another building site. The hotel should make it a priority to warn potential guests in advance of any building works with might interfere with their stay.

Good breakfast.

Good location. nice pool with a beautiful landscape. near restaurant and supermarket. easy transition to various locations. My suite has a very nice view of the beach. At the front door they have a friendly person there always ready to help us for anything we need.

The suite was plain and bored. Has just one light on the ceiling. Need reading fixtures, and night lights. At the check in was very poor service and explanations about the hotel. The person that check us in did not made us feel welcome. He was rude and impatient. The rest of our stay was good. They were friendly and helpful.

Amazing structure, very good location

Very complete hotel with a good pool, meal services, spa. Amazing staff, very friendly and proactive. Good location with easy access to the beach, and near many high-quality restaurants. The beach on the front had a very good structure, with calm and warm water, amazing.

The apartment was not well maintained, with doors that did not close, foul smell coming from the bathroom pipe. The apartment structure is also strange and not good, like having all bathrooms without ventilation, no bathroom on the second floor, and an unsuitable hall. Also, the apartment pool was not clean.
