Beau complexe , bien situé mais déçue.

Les 7 piscines surtout celles du 3ème étage. Les plages à proximité. La carte du restaurant, avec option sans gluten . L'accueil par Natalia , bienveillante , sympathique, et qui parlait bien français. La grandeur des lits .

Le bruit le soir dans la chambre, obligée de dormir avec les boules Quies. La cuisine beaucoup trop grasse. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir manger en extérieur . Les serveurs au bar pas sympa. La non maîtrise de la langue francaise, très compliqué de se faire comprendre .

Perfect stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of buffet options to choose from. The 5 pools outside and the sport courts with the animators kept the kids occupied. There is also an indoor pool and a spa and an open-air pool on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view. The gym was nice and well equipped, always air conditioned. There are several beaches within a walking distance of the hotel, and some hidden amazing beaches to be found some 30-40 min drive away. All and all, a perfect stay.

The food was great, with a lot of variety. There was a kids’ club with activities in the morning, and every evening after dinner. On some evenings there were shows suitable for all ages. The small team of animators were fun and very friendly! Every day they offered aqua gym at midday, bingo in the afternoon, ping pong tournaments, some kind of entertainment at night, like for example, karaoke and such. A short walk led to a nice pebbly beach with a seaside bar/restaurant.

The mini golf was in rather poor shape and the clubs they used were not for putting!! This made it dangerous because an iron club will lift the ball into the air.

Great staff very friendly and at the reception I aas met with a lot of positivity and was supported beyond what one is often used to knowadays.The location might not be my choice in high season because it might be too busy but Mai was amazing.

Hotel is nicely situated close to the sea with beaches (small stones) nearby.

The food in the hotel in general was very bad. Mass but poor quality. Hotel in general was ok but needs some renovation.

One of the best hotels in the region

Wonderful swimming pools both for kids and adults, a total of 9! Very clean throughout. Kids club and the animation team, Claudia, Cristina were great, I wish they had one more person for the club area for the peak times. Our daughter went to the club door even when it was closed. The restaurant food is great with diversity and constantly replenished, either breakfast or dinner. One of the best beef ribs I've ever had, charcoal grilled!

Just a recommendation for the hotel is that fencing total hotel area would be useful as there are many small kids and they can run away or even nonguests can sneak into the property...

Excellent value for money

Good sized rooms with a nice view and very friendly staff when it comes to the animation team, otherwise excellent value for money. If something is wrong, it is solved immediately. Sincere personal interest from the animation team, cooks and waiters.

Too bad about the noisy rooms, you'll be awake here a little after 9 o'clock anyway. You can get a Do Not Disturb card at the reception.

Birthday celebrations

My mother celebrated her 70th birthday while we were staying there, Ali and the restaurant manager went above and beyond to make it special even organising a champagne breakfast, a member from the animation group organised Happy birthday to be sang to her. These are memories we are delighted to have, thanks to all.

Kids club staff is amazing !!!

was waiting 2 hours for a room to be ready when hotel was clearly empty ... also once room was ready have to get maids to change a bedding as one of the best was looking that someone has jus woke up .... That's a red flag of a lack of hygiene during pandemic ...

Pools are awesome, breakfast and dinner perfect!

The rooms had a kitchen, but there was nothing there at all, no utensils, not even glasses! No sand on the beaches, just pebble.
