Clean and comfortable for a good price

Room was lovely and comfortable with tea and biscuits left. Plenty of light but also heavy curtains to shut it out for sleep. Check in easy, plenty of free parking. Quiet. Health centre access amazing perk. Fluffy white towels, soft white bedding, toiletries provided.

Large and confusing to find way around. Hot breakfast a bit lacking if vegan. Only dairy milk provided in room (which isn't unusual but it's something I'd really like to see change). Wasn't provided with a fob needed for certain access doors so kept having to walk long way. Room hot.

Enjoyed our stay, we will be back.

Myself and a friend stayed here for a weekend break, we was a little disappointed that the Spa and pool closed earlier at the weekends but it didn't spoil our stay, when we first entered our twin room we thought it was a very strange layout but we soon got used to it and the beds were very comfortable. The room had everything we needed, plus a fan in the cupboard and there was a laundry room with an iron and ironing board that we could use. We found every single member of staff amazing, they just couldn't do enough for the guests, they are a fabulous team and should be applauded, We paid for bed and breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised at the range of vegan options available. We also had dinner at the hotel on 2 evenings again the food was very tasty and excellent value, there are 3 choices of main meal in the evening a meat dish, a fish dish and a vegan dish, then you can have as many side dishes and visits to the salad bar as you want all for just £11. We thought this was very good value. The hotel is spotlessly clean, it's a bit dated in places but for what we paid I was impressed and will definitely be back.

Marvellous hotel, comfortable bed, hot shower and breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

There was a very large, noisy group also in the hotel. Doors closing at nighttime made it difficult to get to sleep.

Lack of facilities, not informed at time of booking and paying

Unfortunately refurbishment of leisure facilities so unable to use the sauna or pool together as a couple we were not informed of this when booking. Checked in at 14.00 unable to eat as restaurant shut, bar was shut was directed to nearest Tescos

Comfortable but lacked basic drinking water in room

Clean, good free parking and accessible

No drinking water in the room or anywhere else available. Reception told me they don't give water, but one can fill a cup from the coffee machine in the restaurant. It is not ideal as one cup, not enough to walk to the room and back. I'm not sure how people can make tea coffee in the room as kettle provided, but no water

Basic but bearable for an overnight.

The room was very clean

The room was like a cupboard, there was no bedside light, I think the wall lights that came on could likely have been seen from outer space. The facilities were 'tired'.

Night at Kents Hill Park

The large room was clean and tidy.

I was working at night at the local Railway Station so the whole purpose of the room was to get some sleep before driving home. I was woken at 0900am by some very loud religious music or ceremony after 4 hours sleep!!!! I had asked for a late check out which was granted until 1100am, confirmed by email. I was woken at 1000am by a knock at the door being asked when I was leaving!!! The stay in the hotel did not meet my aims and I had very little sleep!!!

Excellent value, bit quirky

very convenient location for me plus easy free parking - always a plus. good breakfast.

dinner a bit strange - seemed like a pile of leftovers from Sunday lunch. no table service so didn’t get a drink. was among lots of people on a training course so felt a bit out of it. might be better to have a separate dining room for guests who are not on a course. then they could pay a bit more attention. also the TVs are very old, and mine didn’t work in the first room. fine when I moved to another room but I was really tired when I arrived and didn’t need the hassle, even though the person on reception did her best.

Very noisy, doors slamming, bed mattresses hard, restaurant is more like a canteen, we didn't eat here but another visitor told us not to waste our money. Works out expensive breakfast. Bath has no hand rails once in the bath. Grotty non slip mat provided! Staff were lovely, swimming pool OK if you only want to swim not suitable for children to play in.

Above and beyond

It has everything you need there the use of a pool surna steam room and hot tub. The staff are so helpful and went above and beyond for me couldn't have asked for more 😁

Great staff and a comfortable bed with a great location, well worth the money.

Extremely friendly staff, They showed to my room. They even asked me how my day was. I have been to a few hotels and never interacted with staff that nice. The bed was super comfortable as well, fell asleep instantly.

The room was a little small, so I didn't have enough space to do my evening press-ups. The TV is quite small, and positioned a bit awkwardly so it wasn't super comfortable watching tv while in bed.

Convenient for my needs

Was what you would expect for 3 star nothing flash but bed comftable and quiet enough and the breakfast was decent 👌

When I checked in and arrived at my room it hadn't been cleaned and bed was unmade as hadn't been done after the last person left and were used glasses cups lying around. I phoned reception and they moved me to another room.
