Superb

The location was really great. The breakfast was nice as well. The hotel staff was especially friendly and helpful! You can use the laundry room but have to reserve a slot, which was not a problem for us since there were many free slots.

The air in the room was not great when we checked in, but there was an air refresher which quickly solved this issue. The windows can also be opened.

Great!

Easy and simple, no fussing around for check-in/out. They had vending machines on the first floor for a quick drink, one had alcohol too. The location is in a busy shopping arcade; seems quite fun for vacation.

I couldn't find the first floor elevator when I first arrived. It's inside in a hallway. I'm not sure if you're allowed to just go in through there. If you ask the staff, they may tell you to use it though. I would ask to be sure.

Passable because it was so cheap and close to the station but there are better hotels for the same price.

The low price although it was actually the same price as an APA hotel we stayed on the same trip that was so much better.

The room was particularly small and cramped. There were signs in the bathroom insisting that we don’t dye our hair, we had no intention to.

Affordable and well located hotel

Ideally located, close to Tanabata festival area, a few minutes to the metro and JR station, and close to many shops, as it is inside a shotengai. The staff is really helpful and professional Free espresso provided at front desk Laundry corner is really cheap, you only pay a small fee for detergent, but the rest is free (way cheaper than any coin laundry) Room is quite large and well equipped for the price

Front desk is at 2F, so you need to climb a few steps to access the front desk and elevator The drying machines are small, it took me a very long time to wash my clothes, but fortunately the staff allowed me to use 2 drying machine at the same time to resolve the issue

Superb

This hotel had a very nice location! Had a lot of restaurants nearby and close to the station.

Unfortunately my room had lingering smell of cigarettes (315) I believe I chose a room that was preferred non smoking… however probably because of availability I do not blame them. I only wish the smokers had consideration of the room that’s all. No fault to staff or anything because they cannot control the customers who do smoke in their hotel rooms and not properly ventilate it.

Excellent location

Excellent location near Sendai station, lots of shops and restaurants around Free laundry facilities near the front desk, you just need to reserve a time slot to use it. Clean and comfortable room

No ramp to the lobby, you need to lift your luggage up the stairs

Good for money, nice location. Don't expect too much and you will be happy.

The best thing for this hotel is its location, just right inside Clis Road where you can find many restaurants and shops. It is also close to the station within 10 minutes walk.

The staff is polite but not that friendly. The room is not sound-proof, so we kept hearing the next room talked until 1AM. Inside the room, there is not so many place to hang clothes. The room comes with only four hangers for two people in the autumn season, so you need to ask for more.

Great location!!

The hotel was next to everything like restaurants and convenience stores. I got the triple room and was very spacious. There was room for my large luggage and stroller and there was still room to walk comfortably in the room. There is a fridge and a hot water kettle for the the complimentary tea. There was A/C and worked very well, especially when it was hot outside. It would get really cold during the night. Blankets kept my warm. Beds were firm and the pillows were good. Very clean room. Breakfast was ok. Due to COVID, the dishes were individually wrapped. The food was almost warm but not hot. Dishes were mostly Japanese style. Only western dish was the sausage and scrambled eggs. The bread was good. The staff was very friendly!

We had a stroller so when going to the lobby of the hotel you had to take a flight of stairs. If you have luggage be prepared to carry them up. There are elevators to the rooms which was good. No parking at the hotel, but there is a parking garage they refer you to which is a 5 minute walk. They give you a ticket to out in the machine when you leave that allows you to pay just $10 a day.(not bad at all)

Stuff was a bit too cold during C/i. Toilet in the room too small, as same as the room.
