The Beautiful beach is just round the corner. The Villa itself is good enough for the whole family. The property is clean and ready for all what you need. It’s completely perfect; from beautiful swimming pool, oven, utensils, toilet paper, towels, blower, fully air conditioning rooms, a stereo music system though small but very loud good enough to entertain myself, a well presented double storey villa with four balconies, two big bathrooms and a big garden and of course a parking space for even 3 cars.

I don’t have anything to say, I like everything about this property.

Lovely place and host

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave personalized recommendations for the island based on our interests and amount of time there. He even arranged for our transportation to the villa, a rental car, and a cruise. Convenient location to food and the beach.

I think the only things that could have been better is if the air conditioning was on while we were there (probably not hot enough at the time - but it was fine with the windows open, though some bugs did get in), and if the pool was heated.

A hidden gem in Perissa- quiet, beautiful, close to the beach.

A beautiful villa mere meters from the beach. a gorgeous 2 story building with 2 balconies and 2 patios. The kids loved the loft in the main bedroom and the epic private pool! if you have ever wanted a calm and relaxing vacation with peace and quite this is the place. Kostas is the best, and we felt like we were saying goodbye to family when we left. already looking to reserve again next year!

Brilliant, relaxing break in a perfect location either to enjoy Perissa or to visit the island.

Kostas met us on arrival with his Dad the 'Captain' after whom the Villa is named <3. A lovely welcome. He recommended a trip to explore the island on a boat / bus and some local restaurants. Pool is fab, lots of space to chill out but the beach is so close we went every day.... A wonderful holiday.

we were recommened a great coffee bar Tutti Fruitti round the corner which was delicious

due to the time of year, the pool was a bit cold to use as it wasnt heated but it was a lovely area to sit in. we did get a couple of swims in the sea, which was fab

The house is located in a perfect area, right next to the beach front and near all the restaurants and shops. Everything is within a walking distance. It is a 2 story building, the bedroom is on the second floor and the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor. It has two showers and toilets, which is perfect for couples or family. It has a small and private pool so one can splurge and relax. The owner- Kostas is very nice person and helped us a lot with discount tickets for restaurants and some other activities.

The only thing for me is the mattress was too soft.

A wonderful week A wonderful week!

We have just returned from the best week staying here. Family if 5, 2 teens and 1 preteen. The villa was excellent. We loved having the pool and being so close to the beach. Parissa has so many options for eating with a great relaxed feel. Kosta was an amazing host and gave us lots of suggestions on where to visit /eat/ things to do. He helped us with both taxis and car rental. He couldn't have been a better host. Simply a brilliant week. Thanks Kosta!!

It was like a dream, beautiful villa, awesome pool, everything was perfect and cleaned. According the price I believe you can't find better accommodation in whole Santorini maybe in whole Greece:) we were total happy to stay here... The owner is a great guy always prepared to help, even when we decided last they to rent a car he arranged in one hour. Thank you for everything this was a vacation in paradise:)

Just wow! Everything was amazing! You have your own pool there, everything is super clean, it is placed like 30 seconds from beach and owner will help you with anything.

We loved the size of the house and plot.It was very bright and only 50 step for the Parissa beach. Hosts Acosta and his father were brilliant. Load of clean towels were hand delivered every other day. Property was peaceful and there were excellent restaurants only 50 steps from the property

It was one of the best vacation of our life. Not crowded part of Thira island. Everything you need is around and reachable by feet: groceries, bakery, restaurants, beach, car/scooter rentals and so on and so forth. And the most important - Lazaros, the host of the place, he is just a great man with a great heart.

As a matter of recommendation, the best beach is located near the mountain. You should get to beach line, turn left and walk 5 mins.

Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from the beach. Nice big bedroom on the second floor. Host was ready to solve any arising problems vary quickly.

One should be careful to not let ants to explore the kitchen. Lack of some basic equipment in the kitchen (like colander and and cutting board).
