About this house rental

Feel completely at home in this beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom beach house in the residential north end of town. The house is just 10 away from the beach and boardwalk and in easy walking distance to the pier, waterpark, shops and restaurants. With an enclosed front porch, open floor plan and 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of space inside for the entire family. But why be inside when you can be outside on the huge 20x30 deck! This new trex deck is like having another house outside with barbeque grill, dining table and chairs, couch, coffee table and lounge chairs. There is also an outdoor shower for coming in off the beach. The house has 2 twin beds, 2 full and 1 queen. It has a/c, wifi, 2 TV's, a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The location is perfect for families with children. It's so close to the beach you can easily go back and forth during the day. The pier, rides, and waterpark are just 4 blocks away. There are free movies on the beach Sundays and Tuesdays right on our beach block. Fireworks are Wednesday nights and there are numerous free concerts and family activities all summer long. Once you arrive, you don't have to drive again until you leave! This is a family-oriented property- minimum age to rent 25.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Trisha’s cozy cottage. It was the perfect location! It’s close to the beach and boardwalk, was a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many stores. The home has a great deck for hosting a bbq with friends and quiet enough if you just want to relax alone. Trisha was great, answered a few questions we had right away, she also lives close by if any issues arise. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Bedrooms were very small. The beds were against the wall so made it difficult to get in and out if more then one person .. The house was clean. The deck was large and new .. Nice front porch . Could use updates

Trish the property owner was an awesome host. Responded to communication quickly. And was so helpful with things that didn't even involve her property. The house is so cute and quaint. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And we loved breakfast on the deck every morning. I will definitely be back. It was everything our family needed for a vacation. And we parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to because it was so close to the beach, the rides, food etc.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was very kind, the property had enough spaces for the kids to be able to play while the adults relaxed. We do recommend bringing a couple extra fans, but we absolutely loved it and can't wait to stay again.

We wanted to take our grandkids to the beach before they had to return back to school. At first we were thinking of going to Wildwood, then I said NO Seaside Heights would be safer. With 3 preteens and a youngster this House was the best choice. The one block walk to the beach was perfect. The neighbors were nice as well. The house was clean. Just a little fixer upper should be done for the price. I will totally be staying again

This cute, small house was perfect for a beach stay. An open plan has living room, dining area, and kitchen as the main part of the house. The bedrooms are small, but the front porch room and the large open-air back deck gave us plenty of room to spread out. And the location was ideal -- less than a block to the beach and boardwalk. Trisha was friendly and responsive, and helped us get beach passes and parking permits.

We loved our stay. The property is close enough to the boardwalk and other attractions but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The back deck was really nice and comfortable. Property owner was VERY responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect shore house!

Perfect shore house!

This place is fantastic! Super cute and beachy with a beautiful deck to stretch out. Literally 1.5 min walk to the start of the boardwalk and the beach. And only a few doors down to a super fun pirate bar called Hooks (no noise issues from it). Our kids had a blast at the beach (the boogie boarding waves were perfect) and on the boardwalk going on rides and the waterpark and the stroll to get there was easy. Then while the kids went to bed with grandma, mom and dad got to go out and enjoy the live music on the beach and have a fun date night on the boardwalk (FINALLY! Haha). Thanks for the wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back :)

Cute place and great location! Myself and five others stayed here and it was the perfect size. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the surrounding area. It’s worth noting that the description fails to mention how much of your own supplies you need to bring. This would be fine for a driving trip but some things are difficult to pack for an airplane ride. Although it was fine, it would’ve been nice to know before booking the property. We also noticed upon arriving that there were ants in the kitchen and that was something we had to deal with throughout our entire stay. The rest of the house was clean and it looks like the bathroom has recently been updated. Overall, we had a great time here. The deck in the back was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and overall the house felt very safe and welcoming.

The Coastal Chic House is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The owner is very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. She helped us get a last minute parking pass as well as discounted beach passes. The best part of the house is the proximity to so many activities; the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and the grocery store. The outdoor deck is also perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the shore. Visitors do need to bring their own sheets and towels.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this close to the beach and well appointed home. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook dinners- lots of large pots- the deck is absolutely gorgeous- very spacious with the right sunset time exposure! The owner is also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this house!

Just like the previous posts - all the necessary utilities and comforts of home with a grand patio/deck. Trisha makes you feel welcome and really cares about enjoying your stay. The location could not be better - only a couple blocks away from the main pier activities and only one block from the beach. I had 8 family members staying and entertained 5 more for dinners and games on the deck. So cool!!!

The house was just as described, very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Super clean and air conditioning. The owners were friendly and accommodating. There is a large, beautiful deck to enjoy and grill out on. My grandchildren had an absolute blast, the DVD player was a bonus. Would highly recommend if you wish to stay in Seaside Heights and close to the beach. Wendie.

Trish, the owner, was super friendly and set us up with inexpensive beach passes and parking. Great place for the family and friends. The back deck is awesome and made for great times! Teenagers could walk to the boardwalk and have independent fun. Just a great family vacation spot!

Our family has a great time! Trisha was very accommodating! The house was adorable and the deck was the perfect spot to relax and hang out. The walk to the beach was perfect, about two minutes! Great with kids, we were able to walk back and fourth for diapers or bathroom trips. Loved being at the north end of the boardwalk, less croweded and quieter. We would def stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the shore this past July 4th weekend. Trisha was super helpful and responsive to all my questions leading up to our trip. When we arrived, Trisha was there to greet us, and she provided us with beach passes, parking permits, and helpful suggestions for the area. The house is clean and well-maintained, and every room is nicely decorated with a charming beach theme. The location is amazing, especially for families with little kids. The house is a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, 10 minutes to a nearby playground, and 15 minutes to the rides on the pier. CVS is a short walk away, and there's a grocery store that's technically within walking distance (there isn't a sidewalk the whole way, so I wouldn't recommend walking there). Some additional notes that might be helpful to supplement the listing: 1. The house has a washer and dryer. They're not listed with the amenities, but with two little kids, we made good use of them! 2. The deck out back is huge and spacious. It's totally brand new, including new deck furniture. 3. The bathroom fixtures looked like they were recently put in, and the shower tiles looked new too. The kitchen appliances also looked like they might have been recently upgraded.
