La verdad no me gustó que cierran los snaks alas 6 y listo para poder tomar alguna bebida hay que ir al mini bar de la resepcion les falta más creatividad en ese sentido y eso que ya e ido 3 veces ahí mismo por que me gusta

Great Location for Surfing, nice grounds, poor food.

Location and the grounds/room were all very nice.

The quality of the food.... Really of low quality/standards.... The breakfast was decent but the lunch/dinner buffet was really bad. The outside bar buffet could really be switched to an a la carte option, which would greatly increase the quality of the food put out there.

Tamarindo is amazing and Occidental is a good choice

the property is well taken care of restaurant staff is attentive beach is lovely - great safety guard the older bell boy and responsible for luggage is amazing Japanese restaurant outstanding show portions small but well prepared

cleaning needs improvement construction in front of the rooms to the beach side restaurant is narrow - tables very close to each other the snack bar needs improvement plastic cups are old and not hygienic reception staff is arrogant and unfriendly called to claim no payment without checking TV broken - replaced a day before departure only local cheap beverages - extremely low quality ( yes it’s communicated only local drinks) gym is completely broken - outdated ( I think 3 machines only work) Italian restaurant serves frozen food

The beach was perfect! Leo and Douglas were amazing! The bell boy was fantastic, as were the waitstaff.

The front desk staff were not very informative about the property in general and I would not say they were very friendly either.

the dining area was hot. little to no breeze in the covered area. The al La cart restaurants was rarely open and we were only allowed 1 visit. The only time we could get was an 8:30 pm dinner. Our stay was 4 nights.

Disappointed as it was our anniversary trip . Rooms need upgrading, did not enjoy the musty smell

The food was very good and fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful at the buffet. The beach was good, long great for walking. The waves though made it dangerous to swim, red flag, there was a life guard on the beach. We went to dinner at the Italian restaurant and the food was very good, they had a wood burning pizza oven, great pizza! The staff were very attentive and friendly . We enjoyed the pool.

We were very disappointed with the rooms. The first room they took us to was next to the disco and very musty and vents dirty, broken lock on patio door. Next room had two beds instead of king we had booked. Safe did not work and missing towels.The closet doors did not slide.The patio door was hazy had a film so you could not see out. We were expecting more for the money we paid. Definitely a 3 star not 4 or 5 as shown on different sites. I would not stay here again, very disappointed. The wifi did not work all of the time you had to keep signing in, very frustrating.

Lovely location,nice beach, great pool great weather!

The location was great the pool is lovely and some of the team are outstanding they work real hard with a smile behind the mask. on a positive the New years eve food was excellent!

I like a firm bed but it was like sleeping on a board my hip hurt. The food is poor I have never seen such poor menu planning it was the same food repeating all the time Chicken chicken Chicken.. Do something with the chicken you can make many dishes from chicken!! The live music was on real early started at about 6/30 ish finished at about 7.30/8pn why when people are h as saving showers and eating? Went to see a show that lasted 20 mins what a waste of a venues then we left because it was over? Very inconsistent in many ways from.having a coffee machine then only getting coffee for it the day before we left. it could be so much better!

The best part of the property was the bartender in the main lobby area

Rooms are outdated and not maintained. Sheets were never changed. Water pressure was horrible. Food is subpar

The property was very nice the rooms were good but the beds were uncomfortable. The ala Carte Restaurants were great. The Towel policy sucked

No ride to meet us at the airport when I had a confirmation email saying they would meet us. Not a great start to a vacation. The phone in the room didn't work and we requested service 2 times.

Lovely pool, outdated rooms and terrible snack bar.

Overall management tried to fix the issues with the snack bar. Very friendly front desk. The pool is great and lots of activities. The buffet restaurant is very clean and the food is good.

The rooms are outdated, ours had a leak in the shower that make the whole bathroom area wet all the time. This was reported but never fixed. The snack bar is a mess, since they are understaffed and there is no pool bar, they had to serve all guests when restaurant closes and it shows. Long lines all the time. The area gets slippery and they ask guests to be dry when they come asking for a drink or a snack which is ridiculous considering this is by the pool.

Great stay for private beach and pool

Great hotel with a private beach and a short walk (~20mins) from the centre. The pool, gym and sauna were great and staff were generally friendly.

The ceiling in my bathroom was leaking water and so was the aircon. Someone came to look at this but this wasn’t fixed during my stay. The room was very clean but a bit outdated. Buffett food options weren’t great.

Far walk from town. Was odd that I couldn’t have my drink at the pool. Food was meh. If it was closer to town probably wouldn’t have eaten there more than once.
