the kind waiter in the evening and the Romansh atmosphere in the night drinking with locals who invited for beer. super nice place to stay

Good option in Zernez

Great situation for visiting the Swiss National Park, easy parking, newly renovated rooms. We enjoyed breakfast and meals in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot.

Really lovely place, we had a great room for a family of four - very comfortable, warm, very nicely set out and probably recently refurbished. The breakfast and evening meals (we ate in) were fantastic - the breakfast room in particular is really great, but there are lovely big windows there and in the restaurant. Food was excellent, and it was a lovely place to head back to for a meal and rest. Restaurant staff were lovely with our two girls, aged 7 and 9. A great place. With a pack, it seemed a longer walk from the station than stated, but was hardly onerous.

The accommodation cost - but its Switzerland.

The room was comfortable and spacious the hotel was buzzing with customers eating and drinking outside in the sun. the breakfast was good. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. The car parking was free and on the premises

Well placed hotel with very friendly staff.

Rooms are a good size. Off street parking, garage for cycles or motorbikes. Clean and well presented. Good restaurant meals and breakfast.

the property was excellent and in a beautiful condition.

we like the quality and finish of the rooms and restaurant. the sauna and steam rooms are great and are a beautiful retreat after a hike in the mountains.

Overall it was good - beautiful town and beautiful property.

Room was fantastic - well built, great design. Loved the whole building and the kind staff.

Short but sweet!

Location is ideal for getting into Engadin, and the views there are stunning. The hotel is clean and nicely set up. There was parking available too. We didn't try the restaurant, but there are others nearby that are good.

The hotel had made a mistake with the booking - they had not changed to a family room (as per the cancellation and re-booking). They made good on the mistake by giving us two adjacent double rooms and honouring the booking price. Not quite a family room, but almost ...
