気持ちよく泊まれる　ホテル

大人3人でネット予約チェックイン前に荷物を預ける事ができ江ノ電の1日Freeチケットも委託販売しているホテルという事でフロントですぐに買う事ができ鎌倉観光がスムーズにスタート出来ました。夜遅く帰ってきたが荷物は既に部屋に運んでありバスタブのお湯やシャワー🚿も適温のお湯がすぐ出るのですぐにお風呂に入り次の日に備えて眠る事ができた。　平日素泊まりプランでお得に泊まれたところが良かった。

化粧水やクリームなど女性のアメニティーがフロントで自由に取れるので　良かったんだが部屋にもあると欲しいなと思っても取りに行かなくて済むので洗顔と化粧水クリームだけは部屋に置いてあったら便利だった　ヘアゴムもあったら良かった　タオルがきっちり人数分しかなかったので少し余裕を持っておいてあると助かるおもてなしの折り鶴にほっこりした。

快適！

フロント、客室清掃係の方の対応がよく、こちらも気持ちよく快適に過ごすことができました。また、大浴場がありリラックスできたことがよかったです。

簡単な（トースト、ベーコン、スクランブルエッグ、コーヒーなど）朝食がとれる施設があれば、ありがたかったです。

Loved the big baths (men’s on 8th floor, women’s on 7th). Quiet, but small room. Great location especially for the price

Access to a big, shared bath with great products. I liked the little touches: origami swans on either side of the bed, ceramic tea cups, kettle in room.

The room was small. We had a lot of big luggage so it was tight for us.

Good location in Fujisawa, large room by Japanese standards.

The furniture was a little bit outdated but still the room was comfortable and ok for one night stay.

Clean and with public bath

Basic hotel, a bit worn, but clean and practical. I stayed for work purpose for several weeks, and although the room was small it was comfortable and neat. Small fridge in the room so you can have some food in it. I chose the hotel because it has a public bath (furo) and it was really nice to scrub and soak in the hot water every day. The women's bath is on the 7th floor, the men's on the 8th. Very convenient to stay in a room on the 7th floor with the bath around the corner. There is long button-down pyjamas (not yukata) you can wear when you go to/from the bath. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, and there is a supermarket across the street and lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by

There is little space on the floor so would have been nice if the bed was elevated to make room for the luggage underneath. The hotel is a bit on the old side compared to newer hotels in Fujisawa, but it is in a bit more quiet area than the hotels even closer to the train station.

Exceptional

There is one supermarket right across the street, offering tax refund services. Nice restaurants right at the basement area, very convenient for travelers. Employees are kind and friendly, overall it’s a good experience.

Great value for price. Close to Fujisawa Station, restaurants, and night life. If it's bad weather there are restaurants in the basement and Saizeriya on the 2nd floor. There are sento (public baths) available and very relaxing.

For the price you pay, it's a great deal. That said, the rooms are small. If you don't smoke, don't make the mistake of booking a smoking room because it smells.

Big family room, perfect for children

The staff members were very helpful. We arrived early and left our baggage in the lobby until check-in and then we went for a trip. The room was very big and the children had a big space to play around. Another surprise was the onsen! The children enjoyed it very much and wanted to come back again. Last was the cleaning stuff! Very nice lady asked if we want new towels we said yes and want for our daily trip. When we came back, the room was perfectly clean like we just checked in. We enjoyed very much and definitely come back again!

Convenient, comfortable and reasonable!

The location is good - close to Fujisawa station, shopping and restaurants. very compact room, but spotless and with everything you need. The hotel also has a nice public bath.

Overall stay was okay.

Easy to locate from the train station and has an onsen.

They can do better with cleanliness. I just don’t like the smell of the room and the sheet has some hair left.
