Property could use a good cleaning (hvac vents, around the edges of floors) ,bed was not comfortable,shades in living room would pull close but would not turn to close completely, sofa has seen better days , carpeting should be replaced. On the plus side it was nice having a garage, very roomy, well equipped and nice being by pool.

Property was very nice and close to everything. Could use a new grill and perhaps some new furniture but overall were were very happy and we had an excellent relationship and an open dialog with the owner; a very nice lady.

Had a great time for the 3 months I was here. Was close to the beach and a few steps to the pool. All the residents I met were friendly and you could walk and get supplies instead of driving.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Marc & Patty’s condo. Marc was wonderful to work with. It was beautiful, loved the screened lanai, wonderful master bed & bath, everything that we needed was provided, great location to restaurants, enjoyed our walks to the bay side where we sat on the dock and watched the water & boat traffic. Many more positive things to say …… it was an awesome 2 weeks. Wish we were still there. 🌞🌴⛱💙

We stayed at this property for 3 months after moving to Florida while we looked for a house to purchase. The condo is very nicely furnished. All rooms have the correct furniture, linens, lamps and accessories. The living room furniture could use to be updated, but that is getting nit-picky and should not be considered as a reason not to stay here. There is one flight of stairs up to the main living area, and another flight of stairs from the living room up to the bedrooms. There is also a one-car garage. There is enough room in the garage to park a car, and store all of the beach equipment that is provided. Speaking of the beach/pool equipment, there is literally everything you need for a day at the beach or pool! There is a beach cart, umbrella, sand anchor, chairs, and anything else you might need. For the pool, there are multiple choices for noodles, arm floaties, goggles, and whatever else you can think of! There are also 2 bicycles and a tire pump for those that wish to ride bikes and exercise. The clubhouse also has a very nice exercise facility with many options for those that like to work out. The kitchen is also nicely supplied. They provide everything, including a coffee maker, air-fryer, dishes, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, silverware and even a George Foreman grill. There were even some spices in the cupboard! The living room has a couch, loveseat, and recliner. Cable television is also included, along with a DVD player and a wide array of good books and some table games. Overall, very comfortable to hang out after a day at the beach or entertain your friends! Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We only slept in the master bedroom so that is all that I will cover. In the master, there are nightstands, lamps, a king size comfortable bed, and plenty of closet storage. The owner of the condo, Marc, is very easily reached by phone or text, and responds almost immediately to any questions, concerns, or maintenance issues. He is very caring, and sincerely wants you to enjoy his property and all it has to offer! The location of the condo is across the street from a beautiful beach and gulf coast waters. It is less than a five minute walk to the beach, which gives you quick access to a day at the beach soaking up the Florida sun, followed by stunning sunsets! If you are looking for a wonderful place to vacation, this is it!!!

Easy commute to food/beach/activities.

Nice location just a short walk to beach. Appreciated having access to bikes, umbrella, chairs, wagon. Marc was very easy to work with and responded to questions about property in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again at this property.

We had never used VRBO so the entire process was new to us, and I was nervous. The place was more than we hoped it to be. It was perfect for our family of six with older children. Their was plenty of room, and the owners had the place supplied with lots of extra linens, kitchen supplies and fun recreational items in the garage. The beach buggy was wonderful as it is a bit of the walk to the beach. The pool was close and we could check how busy it was by looking out the windows on the upper floor. There was a pizza place and a small grocery nearby that were super convenient. The owners were easy to work with and very friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. In the midst of the pandemic it was easy to social distance at the beach and pool, and the unit was very clean so we felt safe during our stay. Thanks for a week of family memories and relaxation.
