Bad and dirty service

Very dirty shits We asked for twin double room with extra bed But they give us one bed and asked us for charging the minibar which supposed to be included with room facilities .. very bad service .. poor breakfast Dirty dishes

Overall palazzo Vingius was wonderful with a lovely view and very pleasant staff, I would go again.

Everything was very organized and pretty, the room aswell as the common areas were very well taken care of.

The only thing was that their towels smelt a little funny, but maybe it has something to do with the water in Italy because in another Airbnb they smelt the same

The view and location were perfect. We had no issue with the stairs. The hosts were very friendly and accomodting

Posizione molto bella, la nostra stanza aveva un terrazzino sul mare molto carino. Bello dormire con il suono delle onde in sottofondo e fare colazione sul mare. Carino anche il percorso per raggiungere il Palazzo dal mare, non particolarmente faticoso. Personale disponibile e sorridente.

Un po’ scomodo il fatto che la doccia fosse separata dal bagno. Colazione non molto ricca, ma buona la pastiera.

Fantastic relaxing stay. Would recommend and cannot wait to come back.

Amazing location. Stunning view. Staff were helpful and friendly. Gave good recommendations on things to do. House keeping were lovely and happy to help with anything.

Drain in shower would not drain properly.

Perfect location center for everything and the buses around all the time and next to the ferry station So near to the beach and the view from the room magnificent The breakfast area and variety is s really good The stairs not a big deal at all The staff were nice and helpful

Only 2 electric plugs in the room The room is so tight and small it’s okay but not comfortable as we stayed 3 nights we couldn’t manage to get out our stuff from the bags as the cupboard can’t fit much The shower box is a bit small All in all the things I didn’t like is not a major problem, if I come back i will stay there again 😊

Beautiful view of the beach from our room and the breakfast/common areas. AC was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Room was comfortable but wasn’t in the best shape - lots of scuffs on the walls, patio doorknob was broken, and there appeared to be bugs in a corner of the ceiling.

The view from our room was divine and the breakfast dining area was great Also can leave key in reception at all times which is great Very close to minori beach

Very close to the center and beach of Minori.

When we arrived there was a problem with our room. We got another room without balcony and non-functioning AC, which ruined our first night. Our booked room was good when we got it.

Beautiful view

This hotel is all about location, location, location. If you are able to climb stairs to get to the hotel, then it’s in an ideal location with a beautiful view of Minori beach. The hotel itself is very small and cheerful with a pretty sitting space and breakfast area. The room are small and clean with string individual AC units. We had the junior suite with two teens, which was very tight, though the trundle beds were comfortable, and the two bathrooms helped. The reception desk staff was very responsive and kind.

Rooms are on the small side. For your information, it is not accessible for people who can not claim the 50+ steps to the front door.

Small room, nice view.

Good view of the town and beach front. Hotel is quiet and private. The terrace was nice for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is public and cannot be reserved, but you are provided a pass to pay €10 a day.

Lots of steps up to the hotel - not suitable if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was simple. The room was tiny and you couldn’t walk around the bed with your luggage open.

Beautiful stay in Minori.

THE VIEW! The view from our room (and toilet) was amazing! Exactly like in the pictures. The housekeeping service was great too as we didn't expect them to clean up our room and changed our towels every day. The location was very good as it's right in front of the beach and jetty, so it's very convenient for us to catch the ferry. And it's within walking distance to the town and very nearby to the bus stand.

The room had an interior design of the 90s and WiFi was very slow. Our TV went blank too after the first night, told the staff to fix but he didn't come to fix. Breakfast options were quite disappointing as they were pretty much only eggs and bread and few pastries as options. Staff are okay but maybe could be more welcoming and friendly.
