The stuff is nice and quite helpful. Good swimming pool with nice seaview.

All in all the room looks overpriced as it doesn't match with the cost. The garden view in fact is a wall view, there is no balcony and the windows can't be opened. There is not too much space and not enough devices to dry up the swimming suits and the towels, taking into the account that we are in the resort. There is no breakfast. Also the repairing works in the pool took place.

This was the very best part of our whole trip. Never have I ever experienced such friendly and helpful staff. The room was amazing. The whole hotel is in a very good condition, you can see that the staff is taking very good care. The location could not be better. We truly loved our time there 10/10 can recommend!

very nice hidden hotel. quiet and super week located in the same time. the hotel lobby is extremely nice and Claudia was absolutely amazing for the check in check out and for the drinks too.

i hated that the property charge you in USD when we are in Mexico. if you want to pay in local currency (pesos), they charge you a rate for it which is inaceptable ! It is absolutely unbelievable to be charged that way and for this reason I’m unfortunately not going back to this hotel. WE ARE IN MEXICO ! Not in USA ! Time to follow the rules… It’s absolutely against the law to do this !

The cleaning and the concept

doesn’t matter is a beachfront you cant go into the water .. need a restaurant..

upscale decor, comfortable beds, gorgeous pool, large balcony, view of the ocean. swanky lobby, exceptional front desk staff.

Access to beach on Caribbean as well as close to Playa Norte. Very well accommodations. Staff friendly. Pool was delightful!

Even though we had a ‘garden view’ I wish there was a small patio to sit outside.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Check out process was really slow that day but otherwise fantastic.

The owner and the staff were all very professional and super customer-centric! they went over and beyond our expectations…an experience we will never forget!! the hotel is a little gem secluded in the best area of the island…it has a semi-private beach and any comfort you would want!

Amazing staff, that took great care of us during our stay. If you want to rent a golf cart or need a transfer to the airport, Scott, who is the owner of the hotel, was of great help. If you feel like taking a drink in the evening at the hotel bar, the staff is of great company. The location is close to the city but little bit off the main streets with a quiet beach in front of the hotel. Rooms are new, great AC and the bathroom is big.

We had a garden room where we got the noise from a party location in the city blasting over at night. This was only during the weekend though and due to our jet lag we did not care too much. The not working hot water in our room was a bigger problem for my gf. For those of you wanting to take a splash in the ocean, the beach in front of the hotel is not for swimming due to the strong current. For us this wasn't an issue since there is a pool and North Beach is 5 minutes walk away.
