Pekny pobyt za ty penize, vracime se

Spodziewałem się wyższego standardu usług i udogodnień w Państwa hotelu.

Pokój ma fajny aneks kuchenny z małą kuchenkę elektryczną, malutkim okapem, małą lodówkę, mikrofalówką, zlewem i dużą zmywarkę. W kuchni są naczynia. Łóżko jest dość duże i wygodne. W pokoju jest wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla 2 osób. Widok na las z balkonu jest piękny.

Przykro mi że, nie zostawili w pokoju ani butelki wody, ani herbaty lub kawy i cukru. W kuchni już trzeba wymienić patelnią, deską do krojenia i czajnik elektryczny na nowe. Niestety nie włączają się lampki nocne przy łóżku. Większość meble wyglądają na bardzo stare i zużyte. Telewizja jest również bardzo stara i mała, niektóre przyciski na pilocie nie działają. Z szacunkiem zaznaczam, że biorąc pod uwagę cenę, spodziewałem się wyższego standardu usług i udogodnień w Państwa hotelu i mam nadzieję na poprawę w przyszłości.

Ok, kann übernachten, wenn wann keine große Ansprüche hat.

Super Lage, tolles Pool und Zimmer habe alles was man so braucht. Küche, Geschirr und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden.

Für das Parken werden noch 40 Zloty pro Nacht erhoben, fand ich nicht so schön, da ich keine Info im Vorfeld dazu erhalten haben. Finde ich etwas zu viel... Zimmer bedürfen leichter Auffrischung, Teppichboden könnte erneuert werden. Sauna war Defekt!

Nah am Wanderweg, weiter entfernt vom Zentrum.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Wanderweg, ist jedoch 20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.

Der Wellnessbereich könnte etwas gemütlicher sein.

Very good

The hotel has a great location - beautiful mountain views but also within walking distance to the city centre. Our room was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast was tasty with a great variety of both sweet and savoury options.

There were sometimes no clean towels in the spa area. The towels in our room were outdated (they had holes in them). We'd appreciate it if there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel.

Nice place to stay a few nights

Easy access, once you know the way. Beautiful building, little bit of a Maze inside but everything is there.

Comfortable and amazing place, well equipped rooms, relaxing jacuzzi and sauna zone - it was a wonderful experience in a quiet place.

Perfect girls' weekend!

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean. In a very quiet neighbourhood and far from the noise of the city.

They should have had a bus shuttle running so that you could get to and from the train station and main ski area. It was a 30min walk to the ski lift and taxis in the town were extremely overpriced. Also the spa was a bit too small for the number of guests and it was hard to use the facilities comfortably.

Beautiful place with amazing views. Food was excellent and we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to visit with family including dogs.

Very nice stay

They could have informed earlier the parking isn't for free. Next morning they charged a parking fee. Another point, at night there are intermittent beeps on the hallway. Anoying but overall the place is very nice.

Rather meager for the money, not recommended for non polish.

ample space, fully functional equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove etc however only 3 cups and very few dishes.

very small sauna, whirlpool and steam room for only 2- max 3 persons with over 150 guests. Breakfast very expensive for the region and location at very end of village. Friday eve Party till 2am in house took all our sleep - nobody dared to complain.

We had a good stay

After complaining about the very small Studio room (we travelled with small baby) and the uncomfortable sofa bed, we got an upgrade for a bigger apartment next day. This bigger room was much more what we expected for this price range. The check in personell was very helpful. Additionally we we got also the breakfast upgrade, which selection really satisfied us.

The regular Studio room with the sofa bed is not comfortable or suitable when travelling with family. The outdoor and pool area is a bit dated. Could need some renovation and upgrade: Like more lounge chairs or umbrellas.

The property is clean, the beds are comfy. Good value for the money you pay. The pool is big enough, spa area is clean. Really friendly staff. Overall it was a nice stay, would be happy to come here again some day.

over all the stay was great

I liked the location, the spa facilities and the food in the restaurant. The aparthotel is very nice and clean.

there should be some room cleaning at least once in a while. when you go with kids for one week you definitely need the floor to be cleaned at least twice. they only came to collect the trash. about the restaurant, as I said the food was very tasty but the staff was slow and confused. also the restaurant is open from 1pm for ala’ carte but my partner was told the preparation would take more than an hour because they don’t have time (preparing for the diner). so he went to a nearby restaurant which was by the way exceptional. one thing I really didn’t get at all was paid parking at the hotel’s property. it should be included.
