Very good hotel close to everything in Santiago

The hotel is very convenient. It is small but has everything you need. Located in Los Jardines, very close to everything and a lot of nice restaurants and cafes.

Overall it was a good stay, the hotel was very clean. The bed was not comfortable, too hard

disappointed, stayed there 4 times a year for the past 10 years, my friends got a lower rate

gave my breakfast order detailing how liked my eggs over easy got over cooked hard center asked for one type of juice and received another over sweetened

elevator is dangerous

Good stay no major issues good hotel management

Good location close to restaurants and supermarket and other stores and other hotel, casinos easy access to taxi, easy for uber drivers to find. Hotel manager speaks good English has many great tips and information for international travelers.

Sometimes issues with internet connection inside the hotel.

The staff was fantastic!! The breakfast was great too!

The room was too small- even for the price, but other than that - no complaints.

The rooms were too small and I went another room but it wasn't that much better. No room to move around.

The location and cleanliness

There was a clacking noise from the bathroom on and off the entire night. Was hard to sleep.
