El lugar maravilloso , la pileta cubierta , el,desayuno.

Que no emitan la factura en el momento del la salida , estacionamiento muy justo, que no haya agua mineral en el cuarto de gratitud.

Much potential but disappoints.

Spacious and comfortable. Amazing sunsets. Cafayate is in a beautiful region and is a lovely little town.

Property is tired and needs some refurbishment. While some staff were welcoming others were not. I have sympathy for a business recovering from covid, and perhaps finding it challenging to recruit and train staff. However the experience disappoints. Rather than exceeding expectations, it falls short on most fronts. I would rather pay more to stay and have these included to create a genuine five star experience. I wish the hotel well as it has much potential.

Best value ever for a luxurious suite - thanks for the upgrade!

Amazing value for what was provided. We had a free upgrade and were given the extra luxury suite instead of the room we had originally booked. I think it could have been something like 90m² and had the largest, most luxurious bathroom I had ever seen, as well as the largest amount of towels per person of any room ever. The view was great. The staff was nice and available to satisfy any of our requests. We enjoyed the free saunas, both dry and humid, and swimming pool, as well as a nice massage (not included in the price). The restaurant provides amazing meals for extremely reasonable prices, providing mostly local cuisine. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and the parking spot for our pick-up truck more than abundant.

Wifi is very lackluster. Working remotely from our room would have been a real struggle.

amazing rooms in a wonderful location

Great situation near town but also in amongst the vineyards. Gym and pool nice. outdoor pool not heated so was too cold to try out. Villas were huge and fantastic

we had read the food was not great so we did not eat lunch or dinner but the breakfast was very nice except thr coffeee which seems to be consistently terrible at all hotels we’ve stayed in in Argentina

Beautiful!

Everything was amazing. The view from the villa, facilities, breakfast, location, spaces, and equipment. The bathroom too! The staff and services are top-notch as well.

This is one of those strange cases where I'm struggling to find something to name here. If I had to give feedback, the cleaning service schedule could be better organized.

Exceptional

very comfortable (we were staying in a villa with private outdoor jacuzzi), very quiet, friendly staff and good restaurant

if you don’t have a car breware that it’s pretty far from the city (that was not our case as we had a car and we were trying to escape crowded places during this trip)

not worth the money - very average

Great setting in the middle of the grapes, big rooms, big bathroom, clean, good food but not amazing

Was definitely not worth that much money, it is clean but does not particularly have charm, the service is correct but nothing exceptional which I would have expected considering how much we paid. I was insisting going to Grace Hotel and my friend wanted a more reasonable budget and was looking at Patios de Cafayate. we ended up doing both and there are no comparaison, Patios has way more charm, excellent service, great food and mind blowing accommodation.

I really enjoyed the heated pool and the massages. Breakfast was great and our Room was spacious and has an amazing bathroom with a huge bathtub.

relaxing break

this is clean and comfortable hotel with big rooms and very accommodating staff. it has an excellent location amongst the vineyard and surrounding mountains away from hustle and bustle.

Luxurious!

Wow, what a place! Surrounded by vineyards. Our room was huge and beautiful. King size bed and 6 plush pillows…we had our best night sleep on our entire trip. Customer service was first-class (complimentary wine on check-in, bags carried for you, and they made us a surprise cake for my girlfriends birthday). Amenities were all fantastic (pools, spa, steam room and sauna).

It is expensive, and they don’t give you the proper USD<>ARS exchange rate which is sneaky. We would have stayed multiple nights if the price was less.

The location is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The size of the villa was great.

Our villa was not very clean when we arrived. The furniture a bit worn and not comfortable except for the beds. There were no wash clothes for your face.

Grace Cafayate would be a great idea 3-star hotel, an okay 4-star hotel, but is a flawed 5-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is great; right in the middle of a vineyard. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting. The front desk staff were very helpful.

This is a 5-star hotel in name only. The room was dirty and full of stains. Maintenance was also subpar, with simple things like a towel rack hanging loosely from the wall. For the spa… well… we made a reservation, but somehow more people ended up in the spa area then there were lounge beds available. Way to busy and more like a kids playground.

The villas at Grace Cafayate are an excellent place to stay for a few days

Excellent location, big and confortable villas. The staff was ver helpful, excellent customer service, recomending visits to vineyars and making reservations. We visited Piatelly and Viñas en Flor , which we didn’t knew and we highlly recomend! Very good breackfast and wellcome drink for check in.

The restaurant of the hotel was not at the level of the place and staff.
