J’ai mal au ventre j’en peux plus je fais que vomir

La chambre magnifique les piscines incroyables un super petit déjeuner le paddle et les court de tennis sans oublier les cours de golf au top

Le service trop long arrivé a 12h45 a table sortie a 15h 30 quasiment 3 h a table pour un plat et un desert sans vous parler du service au bord de la piscine 1h pour avoir une bouteille d’eau et l’intoxication alimentaire le dernier soir a al aïn, malade toute la nuit, fievre et vomissement ! Je précise que nous avons manger que dans l’hotel ! gros gros problème avec les restaurant et le service dommage

Exceptionnel mais svp mettez nous des matelas/coussins sympas sur les chaises longues de la piscine

Chambre, restaurant italien (nous n’avons pas essayé le restaurant Marocain), le service, et évidemment LE GOLF qui est sublime.

l’absence de matelas/coussin sur les chaises longues de la piscine qui sont très inconfortable. Lorsqu’il fait 36 degrés et qu’on souhaite se relaxer une après-midi autour de la piscine, c’est vraiment dommage ! Nous avons préféré profiter de la piscine du country club de golf qui est à 100 mètres.

has my wedding here and hosted over 50 guests for a few nights. definitely not as good as is advertised, very poor servi

nice views.

terrible service, poor food, really bad housekeeping who do not knock when entering your room. also waiting for buggy’s is a nightmare to get around anywhere. awkward opening times for restaurants as well.

gorgeous hotel in a tranquil setting ! amazing service and staff

the property and staff were way above our expectations and the staff went out of their way to help . the facilities are brilliant and they lots of offer .

not enough towels In the bathroom ! that’s our only complaint

very spacious great facilities.

it’s about 25/30 mins into Marrakesh city so a bit of an effort to go in. in fairness the have a shuttle in and a taxi service to return. local taxis are tricky and can overcharge.

We enjoyed our stay

The property is beautiful and the staff very friendly and went out of their way especially Rahal and Oumamia ( I think that was her name) but also many others. They made my birthday celebrations very special. The room turndown was also excellent with some lovely romantic decorations. The quality of the food was also very good.

Once outside the hotel the surrounding area is very run down and looks terrible. We had planned a golf holiday but the course was closed for 5 out of 7 days and we were not informed beforehand.

amazing infrastructure! great Spa, awesome Gym, perfect rooms and top notch pool area!

Hotel is like a formula 1 car run by a tractor driver. staff is trying hard but besides Suad, the concierge no one is up to the task. service is simply annoying as they constantly ask you to tip and quote them personally on trip advisor… staff constantly complains about poor management. one example is that they ask you to pay tip in cash as management only pays tip after 8 month…. Food Quality is very poor, highly inconsistent!!! Few options for kids in-house. Pasta Sauce quality changed daily from disgusting to awesome! best food is offered by Pool crew but they leave at 5pm… never experienced anything as bad in my entire life!

it was a long way from the medina and the hotel cab fares were very pricey considering. there is a free shuttle bus but not always at convenient times
