A beautiful view thats hard to beat.

The property is away from the main strip but not too far making it hard to reach. The food is probably better than most hotels on. Pool was beautiful our view even better. Friendly staff, and a gorgeous ballroom ocean view rooms is definitely worth it.

Room quality wasn’t there. We were placed in our first room that would not cool, and mini fridge started to leak. They corrected it and provided us a room on the top floor. They do need to do maintenance and some more attention to their tubs. Ours would not drain quickly.

Best choice to go with family

We stayed in 3 different hotels, and yes, this one is 2times more expensive than another one, but i can feel the price difference in service. Good room. Perfect wonderful sea view. Amazing food. Towel rent next to swimming pool. Late check out 🫶🏻 Compare to PIC more new hotel, air conditioning everywhere, more good services.

Bad coffee. Swimming pools close fast. And the price 😁 Restaurants outside 3-4min walk

아쉬웠던 롯데호텔 괌.

한국인 직원들이 많아서 소통이 편했다

시설이 낙후되있고, 청결이 좋지 않았음. 룸청소를 하고 가도 더러운 곳은 그대로. 패밀리룸이라 간단한 주방이 있었는데 가위, 칼, 수저가 없어서 주방을 제대로 이용하기 어려웠다. 수영장에 샤워룸이 없는데 몸을 덮을 대형타월을 룸으로 가져가지 못하게해서 춥게 떨면서 룸으로 돌아와야했다.

It’s a comfortable hotel to stay in, far though from the main street of Tumon.

Updated rooms and facilities

Cleaned the rooms every other day only and sometimes they missed the schedule, so you have to call. Only advised upon check in, so you can’t do anything about it. Some front desk staff don’t speak English very well. Refrigerator conked out and had to follow up to have it replaced.

Fast feedback, Many korean employees, Food n Coffee bar. (La seine, starbucks)

Late work processing, So Dark lighting. (especially the bathroom) Add for Limited buffet operation by day of the week. These three things were the most disappointing.

The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to restaurants. The extra dehumidifier in the room made it comfortable during the rainy season. Walking distance to Gun beach for snorkeling.

The finishes need to be updated in the rooms. We didn't realize that breakfast had a discount for military until the last day. The every other day house keeping had a hard time keeping up with the sandy conditions.

Inspite of the lack of access into the tower from the tower parking lot, overall, it was a wonderful experience. Suggest

cleanliness, location, food, friendly staff.

No close access into the tower wing from the tower parking lot. I brought it up to front desk but I was told I had to walk up to the main entrance to get into the building. That is an inconvenience when my room is in the tower.
