Impressed with how neat and clean cabin was looked just like pictures. We enjoy our visit and plan to return. The only thing was communication with property manager we arrived late and had a hard time locating cabin

We spent our honeymoon here in early January. It was lovely and not overly western styled which we liked. It is easy to get to and just far enough out of town to feel like you've escaped, but can still go eat good food. The driving instructions need to be updated to the 3rd house, not the second one. Bring your own laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish sponges if you intend to need more than the BARE minimum though. The water pressure could have been better. We also had an issue with wasps both a yellow kind and red kind inside the cabin. I'd say there were about a dozen or so. We couldn't figure out how they kept getting in. We very much enjoyed the hot tub, shower, fireplace, and deep bath tub. They were luxurious! We even booked a couples massage in our cabin. They were able to find our cabin easily too. Being in winter, we were a bit worried about being in the hills on dirt roads with cold weather, but it is level ground and only one short dirt road. We will definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was beautiful. Not super private as there are several cabins very close together, but we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, the cottage is so beautiful and well appointed. The only problem we had, and other people had mentioned this in other reviews, was a wasp problem. We saw about 30 of them inside and one crawled across my neck, one night 😱 The directions need updating as it’s the third cabin in not the second. We will definitely return!

BEE…WARE If I only had to leave a review on the actual cabin it would be 5 star because it’s beautiful and clean.. I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband (Nov 4-9). The weather was warm and the bees were swarming. I saw where other people in the reviews mentioned a problem with yellow jackets but the wasps were way worse. We didn’t get to spend much time on the patio, in the hot tub or use the grill because they were so bad. We killed at least 15 to 20 inside. There has to be a nest within the walls. I was literally scared to go to sleep at night because I was scared of getting stung. I tried to contact owner via VRBO messaging, phone calls and text messaging.. No response so if you have an emergency don’t call the number listed.. call 911. It’s not secluded. It is nestled in the woods with 4 other cabins right by you. Bring extra toilet paper because you are only given 2 rolls. If you plan to cook and eat leftovers bring containers to store your food in. I am very disappointed because I paid too much to fight wasps for 5 days. It’s a beautiful cabin but I will not do business with Lost Cabin rentals in the future.
