Foi traumatizante nossa estadia. Fomos ignorados o tempo todo quando reclamávamos das irregularidades, cortavam a grama

Desde que chegamos no Hotel que só tivemos problemas. Começando pela chegada a noite, não tiveram a sensibilidade de nos orientarem para informarem onde era nosso quarto e ficamos por mais de 30 minutos procurando nosso quarto. O quarto estava super sujo e não haviam colocado nem água para bebermos, isso aconteceu em todos os outros dias, só levaram água, e mesmo assim, depois de eu ter reclamado e ainda demoraram horas. Detalhe, o Ressort estava somente com 4 quartos ocupados, imaginem se estivesse cheio. Na mesma noite que chegamos fomos ao restaurante comer algo, pois havíamos chegado de uma viagem muito longa de San Jose e estávamos com fome. Vimos o horário de funcionamento do restaurante e constatamos que fechavam as 22 hrs. Pedimos a comida e depois de 45 minutos chegou o prato. Eram 20:55, mas de uma hora antes do fechamento é a funcionária queria retirar os pratos, quando ainda estávamos comendo, com o argumento que era baixa temporada e me fez ir até o quarto para buscar dinheiro e pagar em cash porque não aceitarão que pagássemos no Check out como é de praxe. Um absurdo, pois havíamos deixado nosso número de cartão de crédito para garantia, além de termos pago muito dinheiro pelas 4 diárias, muito por um péssimo serviço. Encontramos outros hóspedes e os mesmos estavam decepcionados com o atendimento. No restaurante os funcionários só ficavam no celular e zero atenção para os hóspedes. Assim foi também na piscina, quando pedimos um colchão protetor e toalhas e eles informaram que nós é que teríamos que pegar, sendo que no momento haviam 4 funcionários nas instalações da piscina sem fazer absolutamente nada, repito; somente brincando no celular. Fomos reclamar na recepção e eles nos ignoraram simplesmente sem o mínimo de empatia. Um outro episódio muito desagradável foi que organizei um Transfer a 20 dias antes de nossa chegada ao hotel e me passaram um preço completamente diferente, queriam 230 dólares e haviam me dado o preço de 80 dólares pelo WhatsApp.

L’accueil du personnel était au top. Ils se plient en 4 pour votre confort La décoration est vraiment arypique. J’ai beaucoup aimé ! Le confort était excellent, la literie était bien et la Clim fonctionnait parfaitement

Le réseau wifi est pas terrible voir nul par moment. Il est assez inconstant… Le fait d’être dans un bâtiment secondaire Le quartier loin des sites touristiques

Friendly, helpful staff; large, clean, well-kept room full of artwork and beautiful furniture; wi-fi worked really well in my room; large shower; breakfast was simple, but the dinner I ordered one of the nights I was there was fantastic; situated in a quiet neighbourhood

GREAT food, SUPER comfy bed, EXCELLENT staff, ANNOYING chihuahuas and ALMOST NEVER WI-FI SIGNAL

love the art, Owner is painter. staff includes: Owner, wife, son, and daughters plus other family members. EVERYONE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY! THE BREAKFAST LEGITIMATELY IS DELICIOUS + REAL COFFEE + FRESH PRESSED assorted JUICES every day. NIGHE SECURITY GUARD AVAILABLE 24/7 for coming and going.

The owners have 2 Chihuahua’s that yap/ bark a lot. 1 of the dogs is aggressive and nipped at me as I walked bye. ALSO saw it chasing a crying child (that was so scared, the boy ran to me to get away from dog chasing him.)… HILARIOUS though was the young boy’s expression of confusion; when realizing that I was a STRANGER and NOT HIS FATHER… haha

The warmth and helpfulness of the staff were memorable.

Ambiance. Artwork (painted by owner) and nature combining to give the hotel a glorious exotic but relaxed feel. Breakfast is outstanding. Evening meals if desired, are exquisitely cooked by the owners wife. Sorry her name escapes me at the moment.

Great hotel with nice rooms near Tica bus terminal. We got a sandwich with a juice for our trip. A guy from reception even walked us to the bus ar 5.30 in the morning.

Nice value in the heart of Managua.

The breakfast is great and all the food is high quality and delicious. The service is excellent. The staff is very accommodating and try to give great service. The hotel itself is a sort of museum, with interesting artifacts and artwork.

It is not in a safe area, but it is of course gated and secure. There is quite a bit of noise at times. It seemed like the noise started after dark, unfortunately.

Carlos and Anna Calejas are without question wonderful and caring Hosts. The Hotel is also the gallery and studio of Carlos Calejas. The trip and the stay there to see his art was alone worth the money.

An overnight stay you wish lasted forever

Beautiful place, set as an art gallery which gives a unique style and feel. Spacious, clean and comfy room. Nice homemade dinner. Divine shower. Ideal location, in quiet neighborhood close to Tica bus station and all commodities. Lovely and helpful staff (they made sure we arrived to the bus station safely and provided a breakfast to take away with us on the trip).

the most important reason to stay in this hotel is the staff. we stayed here two times, in the beginning and the end of our trip. we forgot our charger but the staff kept it until our next visit. we had to take a Ticabus at 5am and a breakfast to go was provided. also the helpful staff escorted us to the bus station to secure our safety. the ticabus terminal is only three streets further so in terms of location i would also recommend this. rooms are spacious and clean and there is air con, however not the most beautiful room ever but you get everything you need for a decent price.
