Nice and clean, friendly host, close to beach.

Clean and comfortable; nice towels and pool towels provided. Great balcony and lovely pool area (coffee maker by the pool is a nice touch). Dipping pool good to cool off. Not beach-front but could see the sea a bit around the building in front. Private free parking. Very friendly host, on-site, helpful and quick response. 3-min walk to beach and small market; although 30 min to Split old town (and difficult parking there) Safety lights in hallway - they’ve put some effort into making it nice.

Cash payment makes it very difficult (exchanging or ATM withdraw in Croatia charges 15% loss to the exchange rate plus fees). Expensive - although not unique to this place - obvious high demand for Croatian coast - and they seemed full, so fair enough. Advertised a washing machine, but there was not one. Kitchen not rally suited for cooking (no provisions like oil or salt - it’s more a hotel than a “home”, which is fine, just that style).

Sanja was lovely since the first moment. She made sure everything was ok for us and it was a great stay. The garden and the swimming pool with the sunbeds is a beautiful zone I could spend all day there.

beautiful villa with a fantastic pool

Spotlessly clean, spacious room with own balcony, hot shower, massive and cosy bed. We love the laundry room, perfect. Host was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We are definitely coming back.

we loved the pool area with options for shade. Sanja and her daughter were both friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and good quality pool towels!

just suggestions- kettle for the room, larger ice cube tray for the freezer.

Podstrana,s finest,

Absolutely one of the best apartments we have had the pleasure of staying in, the attention to detail both inside and out the apartment was truly amazing, beautiful pool area with free coffee and only a short walk to a great beach and restaurants, bus stop over road so easy access to Omis or Split, i personnel feel for what we got for the price it was remarkable, i doubt you would be disappointed in this place 😁,

Decent accomodation for a few days

Near the beach. Good, communications. The bus comes every 30 minutes. There are gocery stores nearby. The host was very helpful.

The nearby ATMs charge some nasty fees, avoid them! Wifi was kinda slow. Only 2 working english speaking tv channels on the TV.

Very friendly host, who is avaliable to anyone at almost every hour. Apartmen has high standards and it is such as on the pictures. Very lovely outdoor pool with many spots for sunbathing. Free coffee at anytime!

We had a wonderful stay in the Villa. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The pool and the self-bar are perfect to relax at the end of the day. Sanja was very accommodating and communication was easy to do. Definitely recommended!

Great hotel near the beach. Excellent service.

Great hotel in Podstrana. Rooms are spacious and super clean with a balcony. The pool area is lovely. Water is clean. Plenty of sunbeds and free coffee. Location is good, approx. 20min by bus from Split and 100m from the beach and a few restaurants. The owner, Sanja, is very helpful and answered any questions we had. We were able to get late check-out since it was still out of season. Loved our stay and would gladly come back again!

Wonderful accommodation near the seaside

Our host, Jasmin, was very nice and helpful. The property was clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay overall.

The WIFI connection in our room was not so stable so that we mostly used our mobile data.

everything - very clean , spacious apartment , very close to the beach, lovely swimming pool and the host was extremely informative and helpful - she was amazing . I would thoroughly recommend this .

Perfect place for a quiet holiday.

Apartment looked like new. Staff was very helpfull, friendly and gave perfect service. Swimmingpool had nice clean water. Very close to the beach.

Mirno, tiho, opusteno, pristojno - ova lokacija vrijedi svakog novcica!

Sanja i Jasmin su odlicni domacini. Soba je bila u perfektnom stanju kako sa prostorom, tako i sa cistocom. Soba se sastojala od velike prostorije u kojoj se nalaze spavaca, kuhinja i trpezarija, dok je banja odvojena. Ali ono sto je najvrijednije u cijeloj prici je ogromna terasa sa pogledom na bazen, koja je u suncu cijeli dan. Parking je u sklopu zgrade, tako da ne morate razmisljati o sigurnosti. Sve -u-svemu: Mirno, tiho, opusteno, pristojno - ova lokacija vrijedi svakog novcica! Obavezno cemo se vratiti kod Sanje i Jasmina.
