Pleasantly different to previous accommodation.

The kangaroo with the Joey coming right to our window was lovely!

The hot water not being able to be turned off was dangerous as it was boiling hot so we left early.

Good beds/ linen and the staff were helpful.

The shower would not turn off and the hot water was running all night and the condensation dripped off the ceiling and walls. We left a day early as it was raining both inside the cabin and outside. The staff were very helpful when we could notify them first thing in the morning. But as it was raining, we felt we had enough water so went home a day early.

Secluded. Beach not far. Great place for summer or dishing. Can't swim at the beach

The location was great. Very peaceful. Bed comfortable.

Decide to get accommodation instead of camping this time so we had a hot shower and a fan to sleep with. The shower head squirted water everywhere except straight ahead. It was broken and pouring out the side. The ceiling fan sounded like a freight train and made a tapping noise. The pillows were very fat. Chin to chest or ear to shoulder sleeping. Very sore neck. Also went to get a burger in the morning from the shop and the girl couldn't tell us what type of burger was in the hot box and wasn't interested in finding out.

Beautiful location, room had everything a family could need including all cooking equipment, family friendly location.

Jumping pillow/restaurant was rarely open (we thought it was open all school holidays) but otherwise cannot fault our stay.

Disapointment in Cabin 10

It was a quiet and peacful location North of buisy Noosa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The activities on site were fun and the store/pub had fine food and drinks.

The matinance of our Cabin was poor. The kitchen did not have a food pantry to store food for the week and was missing a cupboard door under the bench. The kitchen was not fully equiped as there were no oven trays or a cutting board, only 2x pots a dodgy fry pan and no plastic cups, plates or bowels...lucky we thought to bring our own. The bathroom had 2x broken towel racks and a difficult to reach toilet roll holder for a newly renovated bathroom. The hot water system was NOT REGULATED. The gutters were missing from the roof and the carport light was blown. The clothes line was on the southern side of the cabin and there was no close rack for the Cabin so clothes and towels needed more days to dry after the rain finished. There was no dryer onsite in the laundry facilities and another light was blown. The Sliding doors inside the Cabin were damaged and fell off the runner. The cupboard in the bunk room was missing its doors and the hanging rail was broken. Fly screens on windows were loose allowing insects into the Cabin, plus the window wheels were worn down. The sofa was old and uncomfortable. Then there is the dust and dirt under the beds, sofa, and bed side draws.

Pleasant however a few things do need addressing

The peaceful surrounds and serenity was lovely, plenty of space to enjoy a nature walk or meet the local wildlife

Fresh towels could have been provided as we reused the same towel for a week. Extra toilet paper could have been provided rather than having to purchase it at the store. More information on the ammenities available ie; how to arrange a game of laser tag and mini golf. Information regarding the available shops, restaurants and cafe’s in the area would have been beneficial as many things in the area close quite early limiting what you can and can’t do. Information on local attractions would be beneficial also.

There is a playground and trampoline for kids. The swimming pool is deep and clean. Beautiful area.

Amazing stay, great value for money!

The room was exceptional. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Facilities were well maintained and the kids loved the activities! We are already planning our next trip to Noosa & will most definitely be staying at Noosa North Shore Retreat again.

We arrived at around 7pm at night and there wasn't much lighting for us to see where we were going. However, it was not difficult to find the cabin as the friendly staff gave us a map to follow.

Exceptional

It felt very remote even though you were a 2 minute ferry ride away from the town. It was very relaxing and a great way to really be in nature. Especially with the kangaroo's going wherever they want on the site.

We enjoyed our stay despite poor sleep due to rattling bunk beds. Bouldering cave was great fun.

Location was great. Enjoyed the facilities on offer, especially the bouldering cave. Katie was wonderful, especially with the kids. Room was nice, and would've been very happy with it apart from the bunk beds in the kids room (2 bed cottage #10). The rattling from even the smallest movement was an absolute joke and should have never been rented like that.

It kept the kids and us up half the night. We ended up pulling the mattresses off and putting them on the floor for the 2nd night just so the kids could get a decent sleep. Shouldn't have to do that. That aspect was pretty disappointing.
