Staff and breakfast was amazing

Paying for parking each time we left was a bit insulting, if you want to call back for anything it cost you £2 each time to leave again, also the curtains were filthy

Very enjoyable trip to watch the BSB meeting at Cadwell Park, would stay here again!

Everything was well catered for, the room was very clean and spacious throughout, the breakfasts were excellent, and the bar staff even put Match of the Day on TV on the final night of our stay, very impressed!

The Staff were brilliant because they made us all very welcome!

The only problem with the breakfast was that there were no plum tomatoes which are my favourite! Other than that, the breakfast was good!

If tomatoes had been included in the breakfast, that would have been good!

Excellent Enjoyable Stay

Lovely friendly staff, clean modern hotel, comfortable bed, excellent shower and large soundproof room. Food availability with a continental breakfast included.

Relaxing, easy and friendly

View from room. Sunrise made Grimsby look extra special. The close proximity to the train station if you’re reliant on public transport is excellent. Newsagent also very close to hotel.

Was very noisy! Room looked nice but bed was uncomfortable and all floor boards creaked and breakfast was rubbish

Basic hotel but has everything you need for a short stay in town and the location is very central!

Breakfast being included in the price was good. We liked our room and the shower was amazing, plenty of hot water and space. Big bed and linen looked clean. Location is perfect for the train station and town centre.

The hot breakfast options were quite limited and the coffee from an automatic machine was not the best. Pillows were uncomfortable and the TV was not a smart TV.

Very comfortable after a very tiring day

Nice welcome, no fuss, very efficient and helpful. The food in the restaurant, whilst limited for vegetarians was nevertheless very good and served promptly and attractively. I left my coat in the restaurant but it was given to me the next mornng at breakfast ( the member of staff recognised me)

Modern spacious hotel near town and Cleethorpes by train.

The whole hotel modern spacious, lovely rooms and modern power shower, near station, well appointed and comfortable, and complimentary breakfast, receptionist especially very helpful ( jasmine) a exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone in preference to any other establishment. Mike and Elaine 20& 21st May .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area was welcoming and had good snacks available until late.

There wasn't enough tea, coffee and milk in the room. Though we were given a few milks when asked.
