About this house rental
Take shuttle or walk to lifts! 4 br / 3 bath house around the corner from Stratton Mountain! The house is a short 8 minute walk to the ski lifts and Stratton village and it's also directly on the Stratton shuttle route that operates during the day on winter weekends and winter holidays (Dec, Jan, Feb, March)! The house is also close to multiple state parks and if you want to check out another mountain there are 4 other ski mountains driving distance from the house!
There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk room, 11 beds, and 3 bathrooms! Amenities include a Large TV with cable, high speed wireless internet, patio with BBQ, wood burning fireplace, wood burning stove, foosball table in game room, + more!
The upper floor consists of an open concept Kitchen / dining / living room area with a wood burning fireplace, Large TV, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms
-Upper floor bedroom 1: 1 King size bed
-Upper floor bedroom 2: 2 Queen size beds
The lower level consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bunk room, 2 full bathrooms, and game room:
-Lower level Bedroom: 2 queen size beds
-Lower level Bunk Room: 1 twin over full bunk with twin trundle and 1 twin over twin bunk with twin trundle, and a pullout full size bed with memory foam mattress. We typically use this space as a kid bunk area + bathroom
You have access to the entire property
We are available by cell during your stay but we have a local caretaker that can also be contacted.

We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months.

Perfect for what we needed. Plenty of beds, and dog friendly. Was only a short what to the resort so we didn't have to go far to get to the weeding.

This is our second stay at the property during the autumn season. Our group really enjoyed the property and were able to use the outdoor fire pit while hanging out and looking up at the stars. Great house and proximity to Stratton village can’t be beat. Thank you for hosting us!

We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to everything at Stratton. The house was simple - while it could pack people in could imagine it being a bit cramped for a big crowd. Didn’t bug us since we didn’t have max capacity.
We loved the outside fire pit area and the giant sectional couch, perfect places to relax after our adventures around the mountain.

Location, location, location. This was our 1st time skiing Stratton Mtn and we couldn’t have rented a better place. 7 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of room. With 3 bathrooms, it was great for the morning rush to get out skiing. Check in was easy and great communication prior to arrival. Being across the street from the base area made drop offs easy or use the shuttle which went by the driveway. I would stay here again in the future

The chalet was perfect for a large group with lots of open space and a well-stocked kitchen. The host were very helpful and responsive to questions. The nearest ski lift was bit more difficult to walk to with gear than expected, but the resort was easy enough to get to by car.

The large comfortable living room was perfect for family game times . The close proximaty to the ski area made pick ups and drop offs a snap when the shuttle was not used. We will return.

The property was the perfect fit for our annual fall weekend with friends in the mountains. The house was well appointed and beds super comfortable. The common living spaces were great place to all spend time together. We especially enjoyed the bbq and backyard patio with having the fire pit to keep warm while cooking. Best part was the location as it is an easy walk to Stratton village. Everyone had a lovely relaxing time- although there was some fierce competition playing the throwback Centipede arcade game in the game room:) fun!! We hope to be back soon. Thank you to the owners for providing a great stay!

The grill and fire pit are great, outdoor chairs, table for dinner under the stars and nice extra outside lighting to make the night great. The house is so comfortable and nice, great kitchen well stocked easy yo use as we ate B, L and D there, it was so relaxing. We played golf, hiked, road the tram walked the village. Great space and very convenient
The house was clean, spacious and had all the features we needed for a great stay with kids. We spent more time in the house than expected due to some unexpected rain, but it was lovely.

Could have walked to Stratton village and mountain but we decided to drive up each morning. There are 3 bathrooms with 2 showers and one tub/shower combo. It was comfortable enough space to spread out but still be close enough to talk to each other. Bonus that we had three bathrooms with 9 females in the house. If I was to make any suggestions I would say add wastepaper baskets to each bedroom and label light switches. Alex was great to work with. Willing to stay here again.

The locations proximity to the course couldn't have made it easier to get 8 irresponsible adults to a golf course on time in the morning. Beds for all, nice outdoor area to grill and enjoy. Would stay again.

Great house Great location
This house is well equipped and plenty of space for a large crowd! We only ended up with 5 people but if you have many kids, they basically can live on the first floor. We were able to bring our dogs (our 4 legged babies) and we really appreciated that. We were dismayed that previous tenants did not pick up outside after their large dog so we did just so that it would not hurt future renters. This house is literally a 1 minute drive to Stratton and 25 minutes to MT Snow.... beautiful location and would definitely rent here again!!! Owners are incredibly nice and A++ on communication!
