Pretty clean room and common areas. Very kind and helpful staff. You can feel yourself at home here. The place is not located in the city centre, but there is a direct bus to the central bus stand.

Owner and the caretaker should learn to be polite to Srilankans too.

Breakfast was ok and the living area is as per the pictures.

Day after confirmation, called me and requested for an advanced payment. Metres in one room was not upto mark and the owner responded to same very rudely .

Feels like home

I ddnt expect our stay here with my husband. The host is excellent he even tour us around nuwara eliya with his tuktuk in our 2 days stay. Breakfast is excellent. It feels like home. He even showed her little angel with us. Hope to go back and stay here again soon. Highly recommended stay. Worth the price..

This property its located a litlle bit from the city of Nuwara Eliya but it has amazing views to the city. The owners were very nice, they offered us a ride to the city and back(app. 5min tuktuk ride), helped us to catch a bus to Ella, which probably would be imposible without their help. Comfortable beds, very good room for the price you pay. Delicious breakfast. Would recommend when staying in Nuwara Eliya.

nice place in a quiet part of the town. very beautiful and relaxing balcony. the host super nice and helpful and the rooms are super clean! the downside of the quiet part of the is that you’re about 10 minute tuktuk from the city centre

Do not recommend, the house needs a lot of improvements and maintenance.

The host was nice and kind. Unfortunately didn't speak English well so it was complicated to communicate with him.

It was dirty and the walls were moldy. The place is not welcoming and seems like no one takes care of the house properly. The common kitchen area wasn't clean and in the fridge, we found rotten fruits. We didn't get any towels or soap and the room was not comfortable at all. The breakfast consisted of an egg and a few pieces of toast. No fruit or anything that is pictured here on the booking.

Great value for money, could have a few improvements

It was exceptional value for money with a very comfy bed- we were also upgraded rooms for free. They let us use the fridge facilities.

The shower was very slow drip and not high enough on the wall, also the blanket provided was not warm enough so one of us was very cold during the night. The sink also leaked onto the bathroom floor when using it.

Very calm place. Good location for visiting lovers watterfal, not far from city center.

It was very very cold, no heater. Host has tuktuk but it is much cheaper to go down from hill (2 min walk) and deal with any of them.

I recommend this hotel 100%, comfortable rooms, super clean both, the rooms and the bathroom. Very good locationl. They also do transportation to the tourist sites. But the best thing about this hotel for sure is the attention of the owner(Chanaka), super friendly, always concerned about his guests, as I said, 100% recommended

Welcoming us with a warm tea ceremony(A very cold city).Very friendly and helpful staff👍.Helping us from head of institution at all times to reach that point.A very beautiful and clean garden..A very peaceful and romantic environment.Fresh smell and fresh air in every part of this place...The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and fresh...Providing breakfast and tea very clean and warm...Friendly information about places to visit in the city...(Waterfalls,Flower gardens,Tea factories,Dairy factories).Providing everything we need very quickly and always looking after us..Providing us with a more friendly service than what we paid for...Great place and Great staff👍👌

Hospitality and charm

Very nice host! We were warmly welcome by tasty tea, as we were tired after 5 h in train. Then he took us for a ride and show the city. The place is clean and nice. I’d come back there.
