About this apartment rental
Beautiful Downtown Apartment in the center of it all. Here you can walk to everything in Downtown while still enjoying the serenity of a spacious upper level apartment above a Downtown boutique. The entrance is located at ground level on Washington Ave. and has one flight of stairs to the upper level. It's convenient location is only 1 1/2 blocks off the Boardwalk that leads to the Famous Musical Fountain and out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse on Lake Michigan. Located right smack in the center of all the Downtown shopping and restaurants. Everything is right outside your door. 1100 sq ft of living space with 11 ft ceilings, original brick walls and beautiful wood floors in a Historical Downtown Building built in the late 1890's. Contemporary, clean and inviting. Open Kitchen, Dinning room and Living room designed for your comfort and relaxation. Living room features comfortable furniture, Large 50' T.V. and DVD player and a wonderful view of our Downtown boutiques. Dining room has a 4 chair dining table with extra dining chairs for larger parties and is a open floor plan to Kitchen and Living room. Kitchen is open and has plenty of cupboard space. Fully stocked with your cookware, dishes and basic appliances like coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, and toaster. Master bedroom has king size bed outfitted with high end linens , small smart TV, night stands and large closet. In Master bedroom you will find french doors leading to a relaxing outside deck with patio table and chairs. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with high end linens and large closet. For parties over 4 people, we have a high end Inflate-a-bed on it's own bed frame that can be set up in the Living room area. Central Air will keep you comfortable in hot weather. In the Hallway you will find a Stack-able washer and dryer. The bathroom has Kohler pedestal sink and toilet and the original but restored claw foot soaking tub with shower. Our apartment has it's roots in the cream city brick walls and the original claw foot tub. We renovated and added 500 sq ft in 2000 to give it a open and comfortable feel but save it's charm. Grand Haven is a beautiful place to build family vacation memories and we hope staying in one of it's historical Downtown buildings will add to your experience.

The condo was extremely comfortable for my two week stay in Grand Haven to visit family and friends in the area. I loved being in a central location with the ability to walk just about everywhere! My pup and I enjoyed walks along the boardwalk in the morning, shopping in the many dog friendly shops and all the ice cream (they even had pup cups!). The condo was very clean, easy to access and felt like a home away from home. My family enjoyed visiting and with a second bedroom were able to stay and spend more time.

A cute little apartment right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Our only comment would be the shower, understand it’s an antique, but would have liked a walk in shower, that being
said, we still booked again for next year!

The location is tough to beat for this lovely apartment! While it’s located in the heart of downtown, it’s also quite soundproofed so it was a nice, quiet retreat. We enjoyed popping out easily to grab a bite or do a little shopping.
The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is stocked with basics, and it was so convenient to have a washer/dryer handy with little kids around. (Tip for parents of babies or young kids: the dryer buzzes loudly to indicate the end of a cycle, so run it when you’re not afraid of waking them :)).
The host is kind and accommodating and quick to respond to any messages!
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

We Love to stay here. The Apartmentis clean and Safe. It is close to everythingwe wanted to do. Food, Bookstores, shopping, the Light house We and the Fountain. Could not ask for a better host.We will be back in September.

This was the perfect property for my husband and I to stay at while visiting our two sons and their families for our Christmas celebration. It is so cozy and well appointed and amazingly comfortable and clean. The location was magical with all the Christmas lights downtown, and we were able to walk down the street one block for one of the best New Year’s Eves I’ve ever had! the two bedrooms are spacious and quiet. The kitchen as well appointed, and easy to use. And the open floor plan is great. Thank you so much, and will be back soon!

We try to go to Grand Haven every year and this was easily one of our favorite locations. Loved having a private entrance and unit above the shops. Location was quiet and delightful, but also so centrally located to make it easy to have fun no matter the weather. We had a couple questions along the way, and Leanne was fast to respond and such a delight to work with. We recommend highly.

We had a great time at the condo. Everything was comfortable, quiet and very clean. It was nice to be able to park the car and walk most places. We come to Grand Haven every Labor Day so we are looking forward to next year!

The location and coziness of this apartment was wonderful! It was right in the mix of downtown. It was spacious for being a downtown space. Highly recommend if you're looking for an experience that's in the action of downtown GH!

This was our second stay in this property. The location is perfect and is exactly as pictured. Depending on who is traveling with you, take note of the clawfoot bathtub (a high step in/out and slick). The balcony space is nice but receives full sun most of the day. We did use the inflate-a-bed, and it fit in the second bedroom. Leanne is quick to respond to questions.

Really nice condo! Very clean. King bed in main bedroom was very comfortable . It’s a very secure condo and the lighted staircase is great. The bathroom does have a claw foot tub which maybe a challenge for some . Location was perfect for us. Near breweries and restaurants. Shout out to Odd Side , Toasted Pickle - Nashville chicken! Lucy’s love that they have live music in the afternoon and Grand Armory! About a 20 min walk to the beach and lighthouse. Grand Haven beach is very nice and clean. We brought a beach cart with us which really helped. You are also close to the waterfront stadium -musical fountain and some live music as well. Easy walk to the farmers market as well. I would also like to note that having a parking space(s) is so important especially on weekends and special events.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is well kept, spacious, and in walking distance to everything. Our 5 year old enjoyed the beach, playground, and splash pad, while the adults enjoyed, restaurants, breweries, and shopping.

What an awesome apartment! Right on the main strip in Grand Haven, above a few local shops. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, and it felt like a home away from home. Access was a breeze. i can’t recommend this place enough for a stay in the heart of Grand Haven. A very nice stay!

We’ve visited Grand Haven a few times over the past couple of years and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed. Location is perfect, right on the main street for restaurants, shopping, and even a few breweries. Short drive or a really nice walk toward the lake. Everything was clean and communication was great!

We found the open layout of the kitchen and sunlit living room, the two private rooms, and the location right downtown perfect for a 3-day stay. The lake, restaurants, and YMCA were within easy walking distance.

We have been staying at this condo for several, several years and it is wonderful!!!!! Location terrific, condo beautiful, comfy, spacious and has everything you need for your stay. If we need the owner for some reason, she is always more than helpful and responds quickly. As we said before and will say again,, this is our home away from home and God willing we will be back in 2023 for another week stay!!!!!

The place is in walking distance to everything downtown which is great for shopping, restaurants, and going to the boardwalk/waterfront. It was clean, had plenty of room and was quiet. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked. The check-in process and communication with the owner was very quick and easy.

We have stayed here for the last two years during the Coast Guard Festival. It was perfect for the two of us. Disappointed that it was already taken for next year. But, I hope the next people that rent it appreciate it as much as we did.

Our family of four (including two teens) loved this apartment. The location can’t be beat - we walked everywhere. While visiting Grand Haven, we don’t typically eat out, and we found the kitchen to be well-appointed. The apartment was clean and quiet and seemed larger than it appeared in the pictures. Communication with the owner was easy as was the check-in process. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we were looking for!
This property was exactly what we were looking for...right downtown in which we could walk everywhere. Local breweries and restaurants a block from the apartment. the walk to the boardwalk and onto the pier was great with the musical fountain every evening around 9:30. The property owner is very easy to work with and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. We made a couple side trips, one to Muskegon which was a surprise as the Art Museum was incredible as well as the Navy ship museum USS LST. Highly recommend and we will definitely make the trip again.
