Worst Hotel ever! Avoid! Very aggressiv staff

Nothing!! Really nothing!

Avoid this hotel! We left the hotel after one night and lost our money. The rooms are very dirty, unsanitary and smelly. There is dust everywhere, the floor is dirty, the beds are dirty, the bedding does not smell fresh and had stains. I entered the toilet with a mask because it smelled so bad. The ventilation did not work. I didn't want to take a shower there either. I had surgery and was afraid to catch an infection in this hotel! The staff is very aggressive! When we communicated that we didn't think the room was clean, they yelled at us. Never again!!!

An experience to be repeated

The hosts were very welcoming and kind. Also, the hotel is very well cared. The atmosphere was great. At least, we appreciated both the hospitality and the comfort created for us. We will return with love.

Horrible experience.

nothing. everything was just horrible.

everything was dirty and it has terrible smell. Toilet was dirty horrible, it was black inside because of the dirt. sheets were all stinky and dirty as well. Just horrible experience.

Very bad hotel. I do not recommend it

At arriving at reception they inform us that if we do not have the same surname we cant stay at this hotel. First time in 8 years travelling to turkey that i hear this sentence.Having done the booking before they approve our staying. The room was not clean. Please see attached photos. The booking showed breakfast included and after eating they requested us to pay for it. Cleaner entered the room without knocking the door. Absolutely amazing. At the entrance is dirty everywhere as hotel is surrounded by textil manufacturers. Tv has only 1 channel and reception didnot inform the wifi password during check in.

Disappointing

Breakfast?? That's what was on website when I booked. I was told there was no breakfast. I thought that was an unscrupulous business practice. The noise in the hall way and awful cigarette fumes that could literally get you fainted. Personally, civility is far from being achieved by many of the people.

Great price / value balance. Big bad and very quite place. Free parking. Greatest receptions of all time, helped me with a lot of questions.

One of my friend want to come to my room just for 1hour but hotel staffs don’t let her to come, they want her to paid money for one night so she paid money then come to room just for 1 hour

dirty rooms, many bug bites , reception guy with black long hair was very raisest towards us. we were Arab group and was

The property was hard to get to , I stayed for 6 nights and got multiple bites on my arm.The reception guy with long black hair was very rude and very disrespectful. I don’t encourage this hotel for any one . The beds were not the same as the pictures , they only have you a thin sheet to cover your self .I will never come back to this hotel.
