Un séjour parfait

Emplacement ultra central, à quelques pas de via Toledo. 4 ème étage avec un ascenseur moderne, rien à payer. Chambre bien isolée, propre, lit confortable. Petit déjeuner, plus qu'on peut trouver aux bars alentours. Bon café, croissants, charcuteries, fromages, etc

The only place i can recommend to everyone

Location was great, in the heart of the spanish quarter. Very clean and comfortable place. The gentlemen who managed our stay was the highlight of our stay here. He was very friendly and we felt like we were right at home.

Highly recommended property, price for accommodations was on point. I will be back in a year or two!

The room was very spacious, I loved the small balcony. The entire property seems to have been renovated into a Bed and breakfast fairly recently, so everything including the bathroom were quite new. After a long day of walking you will want to use the elevator as much as possible as you are five stories up. The location was great, Toledo subway 5 minutes away, tons of place to eat in the immediate vicinity. The included breakfast was more than adequate to get you up and running for the day ahead. Vincenzo, the host, was always around and was very helpful if ever you had a problem or question. Street noise was never a problem. It was a great base for exploring around Naples!

Ottima sistemazione , sui tetti dei Quartieri Spagnoli.

La posizione è eccezionale, immersi appieno nei vicoli dei Quartieri spagnoli. 5' dalla fermata Toledo, tutto il centro storico a portata di mano, zona tranquilla e presidiata. Ottima la colazione, simpaticissimo il giovane proprietario. Terrazza splendida, sui tetti dei quartieri spagnoli, anche se un po' trasandata, visto il fuori stagione. La stanza era un po' piccina e con qualcosa da sistemare, ma pulita e dignitosa. Rapporto qualita'/prezzo eccellente!

Ideális!

Minden! Egy csomó minden nincs leírva a bemutató szövegben, például hogy Nápoly központjában van, ahonnan minden érdekes dolog 10 perc sétára érhető el. A Spanyol negyed kellős közepén, de a történelmi központ is 10 perc, a másik oldalán pedig a kikötő. Metró van mellette, sétálóutca üzletekkel, nagyon jó kis éttermek stb. Csak ajánlani tudom! A szobák pedig fenomenálisak, a tetőterasz külön hozzáad. A reggeli csak édes, de ott ez a szokás.

Mejor imposible

Encantador alojamiento en el Barrio español. Excepcional ubicación, a pasos de Vía Toledo y del meollo de Napoli. La zona me pareció muy segura. Inmejorable atención por parte de la familia que conduce el B&B, siempre totalmente dispuestos a ayudar y responder preguntas, te acompañan a la habitación y te explican el funcionamiento de todo. Desayuno servido amablemente, en una pequeña sala común, con riquísimos cornetto, tortas, fiambres, pan, etc. Bellísima terraza. A destacar que el edificio tiene ascensor. La habitación tenía una pequeña heladera. Ofrecen gran cantidad de toallas y elementos de higiene. Muchas gracias!! Volveré!

Apenas un detalle: tardaba un poco en salir el agua caliente.

Zeer goede plaats om te verblijven met heel vriendelijke eigenaar

Goede ligging in het centrum van de stad, vlak bij winkelstraat Via Toledo. Metrostation Toledo vlakbij. Veel restaurants en de Galeria Umberto I in de buurt. Enzo, de eigenaar was bijzonder vriendelijk, geduldig en behulpzaam. Hij belde taxi's voor ons, gaf ons goede tips. Het ontbijt was ook geweldig, met grote cornetto's, al of niet gevuld, en taarten.

De B&B ligt op de 4e verdieping, met lift en trap. We verwachtten niet dat voor de lift betaald moet worden (0,20€ per rit), maar de eigenaar gaf ons voldoende 20 centmuntjes voor de duur van ons verblijf. We hadden niet gerekend op een extra trap naar onze kamer (op de 5e verdieping).

Ein wirklich super Aufenthalt!

Deutsch/Tedesco/German: Das B&B ist mitten im Spanischen Viertel, der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Neapel zu erkunden. Die Metrostation „Toledo“ ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom B&B entfernt und super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vincenzo (Gastgeber) und sein Vater sind sehr höflich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Gastgeber fragt mehrmals nach, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit passt und ob noch etwas benötigt wird. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das B&B immer und immer wieder buchen. Italiano/Italian/italienisch: Il B&B si trova nel centro dei Quartieri Spagnoli, punto di partenza ideale per esplorare Napoli. La stazione della metropolitana "Toledo" dista circa 2 minuti a piedi dal B&B ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Vincenzo (padrone di casa) e suo padre sono molto educati, cortesi, disponibili e amichevoli. Il padrone di casa ci ha chiesto più volte se tutto era di nostro gradimento e se c'era bisogno di altro. La struttura e molto pulita! Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo il B&B ancora e ancora. English/Inglese/Englisch: The B&B is located in the centre of the Spanish Quarter, the perfect starting point for exploring Naples. The metro station "Toledo" is about a 2-minute walk from the B&B and easy to reach on foot. Vincenzo (host) and his father are very polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. The host asks several times if everything is to our satisfaction and if anything else is needed. The rooms are very clean. We felt very comfortable and would book the B&B again and again.

Ottima posizione e qualità prezzo decisamente ok

La struttura si trova all'interno dei quartieri spagnoli e a due passi da via Toledo (strada centralissima ricca di negozi e passeggio). Le camere sono situate all'ultimo piano e questo fa si che i rumori provenienti dalle movimentate vie sottostanti non risultano fastidiosi per chi cerca un sonno tranquillo. Ottima posizione per chi vuole stare in centro, senza spendere troppo. La camera è dotata di asciugacapelli, TV, bagno con doccia. La colazione, servita dal gestore è buona, anche con qualche dolce tipico.

Avrei gradito che la colazione si fosse potuta fare in piena autonomia, potendosi servire da soli delle bevande, ma questa non è una critica anzi per qualcuno potrebbe essere un servizio in più. Però a me mette soggezione poi dover chiedere un po' di latte o caffè in più.

A great hotel in the Spanish quarter

the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Even though Naples is a loud city, the rooms were quiet so we could get some sleep. the view from the patio is stunning.

the property is very well located, but hard to find. it is at the very top of a residential building, so make sure you ring at the door outside so the staff can come down with the elevator and take you up. the elevator is coin operated, it costs 20 cents, but the staff gave us some coins so we could use the elevator easily during the stay.

Super host & great location

Very good location for visiting Spanish Quarters and experimenting authentic neapolitan vibes. Quality - price ratio in favor of guests. Breakfast nice, light, italian style - sweet oriented starting at 07:30. (For those who wake up earlier than that and want coffee first thing in the morning I recommend Augustus: very close, opens at 6 and has true / technically correct espresso and cappuccino.) Good sound proof rooms. The hosts, Vincenzo (fantastic guy), his brother and father, were very kind, flexible, available and trustworthy. I highly recommend this accommodation and I would and probably will return here.

Vincenzo the best host ever

I like basically everything! Vincenzo, the host, is the kindest person you can find and he is available to help you in any circumstances. Breakfast superb croissants and toasts and cappuccino. The room was very clean and big. There is a terrace with an amazing view of quartieri spagnoli. I really recommend it if you want to feel the vibes of Naples and lives the soul of Naples. We will come back for sure.

Great location, great price excellent and friendly staff! Highly recommend

Everything was so good, including the people that work there. We had our flight cancelled so we needed to change our plans and they arranged for us a last minute booking making our journey less stressful. We really appreciated.

Good value for money, nice location, clean.

I didn't get why the bathtub had to be in the middle of the small room. We already had a shower. :)) And the breakfast is almost as non existent, small sweet slice of cake/tart and a coffee, so if breakfast is a crucial criteria for you, don't get your hopes up here.

Just fabulous staff and good location and great service and room

I found it difficult to find. The easiest way to get there is take train to Toledo from Garibaldi. Walk about a minute from station and look for shop Pandora then up from there 2 mins. Great location I found
