Perfect for first night in Kefalonia, great value, clean, in a laid back area of Argostoli

Great budget place to stay for a night in a laid back neighborhood tucked away from the main tourist area. Very clean, nice balcony. Easy check in with key left in lock box as our flight arrived very late at night. The staff also kindly let us keep our luggage in the room post the check out time the next day. Kiosk & car hire just round the corner & seafront 5 minute walk away.

The stay was very nice and pleasant. Everything was clean. The location is also great, near center.

I liked the location - very near to center. Also the room was clean and nice. Everyday the staff cleaned the room and bathroom. Everything went well.

I only missed the sponge and diswashing liquid for the dishes. Everything else was perfect.

Very good

Almost everything was good. Great location, maybe 5-10 minutes walk to city centre. Argostoli is good starting point to every corner of the island. Beds comfortable, spacious. Kitchen equipment standard. Cleaning of rooms on daily basis. Would come back again.

Bad toilet flushing. It would be great to check it and fix it. Nobody wants to spend an hour flushing.

Very nice! Can definitively recommend.

Nice room and bed. Everything very clean. Nice bathroom. Appreciated little sample of soap and shampoo. Check in and Check out went smoothely. Cute little balcony with a table and chairs as well as a string to hang clothes to dry.

Great apartment

Great location, walking distance to the main square. Very clean and comfortable, the room was cleaned everyday which we didn't expect. Bed was comfy!

The bathroom floor gets easily wet after a shower. That's about it!

Decent option

Good location, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. Ensuite bathroom, plus kitchen facilities and balcony. Friendly owners. Clean.

Mattress was a bit on the hard side and pillows were not all that comfy.

A well located, clean room in Argostoli

We have stayed at Vivian Villa many times in the past & always had a lovely welcome from Vivian & Nicos. The place is under new management & our room had been modernised. The standards were as high as ever & the new manager was friendly & helpful. It is situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to the main town square. There was a small balcony, fridge & kettle.

Landlady Eirini was very nice and hospitable. Powerful shower. Very good internet. Good location. Provided clean sheets and towels very often.

Everything was very good. If we had to say anything with a push we would rather to have a more scenic view. But the apartments were exactly what we looked for

Great self catering accommodation in Argostoli

We recently stayed 6 nights at Vivian Villa. It is older style simple and spacious accommodation in a suburban area of Argostoli but a very easy walk to town. Our room was on the ground floor and had a sizeable and lovely outdoor area with table and chairs as well as a kitchen and ability to self cater . It also had a safety deposit box. The room is cleaned daily and change of sheets and towels offered third daily. This is good value accommodation and we enjoyed our stay.

The owners do not live on the premises so if you arrive late as we did because of late arrival of flight you may have trouble accessing the property and room.

Beautiful place - highly recommend

Loved the staff and the owner is so lovely. Pictured don’t do it justice.

The pillows aren’t the most comfortable but everything else was great!

Very good location and very clean room.

The location was excellent, as well as the cleaning of the rooms.

That they did not have any space to keep luggage after the departure. Thus, we had to leave the room at 11.30am and had to carry our luggage until night when we took our flight.

Comfortable, clean and in a great location.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and it was serviced every day. The owners were friendly and helpful. This is a great location for walking to restaurants, the harbour and local beaches (a 20 minute walk to Kalamia beach)

our balcony,” mountain view” overlooked the backyard of a neighbouring house where the children seemed to scream and shout all day! if you want peace and quiet choose the the other side of the building. The sun shades obscure any possible view of mountains anyway.

A whole lot of fun and activities

The staff was responsive and helpful. Location was amazing. Close to all attractions but quiet and relaxing. We walked most places, were close to boat tours and taxied to a beach. Food was incredible in town. Lots of options within walking. Loved the back patio! The room was spacious and kitchen allowed us to have a light snack or meal.

Room was nice with everything we needed. Close to the town square and easy walking distance to anywhere else.

It is in a neighborhood so there is definitely that aspect of hearing your neighbors on all sides. But again , it is in the middle of town.
