Location is one of the best. Everyone are very nice. Quality of food it’s on good level, especially handmade products! Staff are very friendly, especially blonde girl at reception!

It’s all inclusive, but for my experience it’s low budget. Materials are cheap, towels are cheap, instead ceramic tiles on the wall there is vinyl tiles, you can see that owner wanted to make hotel for small budget.

Carina hotel is far from four stars hotel. Don’t waist your money at Carina hotel!!!

Our experience at Carine Hotel Park was far from our expectations. Although we were promised a nice view, the view from our room was terrible - the inside walls and windows of the other rooms. It seemed to be in a prison. The door of the shower and the bathroom was not normal. It had large space in the top and the bottom, which allows the toilet odors to come into the room. The walls of the room are thin and allow hearing the noises and conversations (even the TV) from the other rooms. It was no drinking water in the room. Wi-Fi was very poor. TV and safe did not work. The cleaning of the room was very superficial. The variety and the quality of the food were far from the normal expectations of the four-star hotel. Many times the food was not even fresh and the taste was awful. It was a children's food zone, where you could find the leftovers from the previous mealtime. The service staff was neither friendly nor helpful in the bar, restaurant, in beach area. They did not fulfill many of our requests. Their behviour was vey bad.

Superb place with phenomenal view

The hotel was exceptional by all means, the value for money is great, and the staff was pretty helpful and extremely professional. also loved that all was scheduled on time, the food was abundant, and never stumbled into a dish that was empty.

The pool was a little bit small & not deep enough, I think they're better off offering a pool separate from this one which is fit for kids but somewhat a letdown for adults.

Food was not so good because there was no taste for the food. We missed the local food. The parking is horrible. All pools are cold, even the indoor ones. the staff can shout loudly at the guests.

It was a great trip for us to visit the places.

Location is excellent. Beach was great and it was very close to attractions and great nature.

A/C was not working properly. The food service was very weak. The cleaning service was very weak. Some of the staff was not respectful. Parking is not ordered.

Go somewhere else!

Location, private beach, and crystal clear water.

When we stayed the hotel was fully booked, so things might be better off-season. This hotel is the very definition of mass tourism. Do not let the pictures fool you, it is NOT nearly as idyllic and food is NOT nearly as nicely presented as in the pictures. - parking was always full and we had to leave our car on rocky terrain 200m away, so perpare to carry your stuff - there are 2 elevators that go to beach/pool level for about 250 room, so prepare to do a lot of waiting - there are far more guests than sunbeds by the beach and after 08:30am all of them are taken, so prepare to get up early - housekeeping would wake us by entering our room every morning at 08:10am without knocking, a do-not-disturb-sign was not provided, and telling them did not help - quality and variety of food were mediocre at best, but they made sure there was enough for everyone - hygiene: We witnessed some disturbing things at the ‚restaurant‘ (more like a cafeteria): staff would visually check if cutlery and napkins had been used, and leave the presumably unused for the next guest. Also, we witnessed one staff put the leftover pancakes on a fellow guests plate back on the buffet. Even though we enjoyed the ocean and Kotor bay, we were happy when our vacation at Hotel Park was over.

Average hotel with a big potential

More than perfect location, situated at the entrance of Bijela. Quiet place, ideal for getaway from noisy tourist nearby areas. Nice dinning terrace, lots of space for everyone. Comfy room, with an amazing sea view. Proximity of the beach and large restricted swimming area is a big plus.

The first thing we didn’t like is the missing soap in the room which should be one of the room essentials. The most of the staff is not trained for individual approach, it’s obvious they got used to a large groups of tourists. Many many of the restaurant staff seem to be under minor, uninterested for anything and doing their work roboticaly. For example, they are just waiting for you to finish your meal and remove the plate from your table. One of them got that far that he didn’t even let me finish the meal, he just grabbed the plate with the food still on it (just to mention that the lunch time was not finished, there was maybe half an hour more to the end). I find this absolutely unacceptable and innapropriate for any restaurant, and not to mention for such a hotel that should be a representative part of Iberostar hotels chain. The same guy was seen and heard many times complaining and bragging about hotel guests very loudly. From all the staff in the restaurant there are maybe 2-3 proffesionals, the rest of them are just kids who are playing “waiters”. Food is not that good as it is expected for a 4* hotel. Quantity is good, but not the quality. If you follow the meals pattern you can see the obvious food recycling proccess. For example, vegetable side dish from the dinner is recycled into a minestrone soup for lunch the next day. Grilled chicken fillet for dinner is found the next day in white sauce for lunch….etc, etc… All in all you won’t stay hungry, you won’t get poisoned, but also you won’t enjoy the food… and if you’re a sweet tooth don’t expect the nice dessert, because the pastry is absolutely not edible. Unfortunately, all the pastries are the same. Bread-like pastry (patišpanj) with some undefined cream on top in many variants. Very very bad dessert.

Very good

Hotel is located on the beach, surrounded by the park and trees. Staff is young and very kind. Food is good , every day variety of choice. Nice SPA on the last floor.

The parking area can be much better. Thin walls, you can hear the TV playing next room. It can be problem with the sun beds on the beach if you don’t come early to the beach.
