Everything was as expected. For the price point it is a great find.

Nice quiet place to spend your time to relax

I love how friendly and helpful the staffs were. The place was clean and the pool was deep. The ac worked perfectly and kept my room cool for great nights of sleep. It was nice to have hot water and nice strong water running too. I like that this location was only 10mins from the central park and the micrbus station. It was in a very convenient location. The breakfast they provided was also wonderful too!

The internet was a bit lagging in my room, but it was fine once I found a spot by the dining table. The kitchen stove in my room actually didn't work but the staff allowed me to use their kitchen to cook my own food so that was nice.

Disappointing

The pool and courtyard were nice and the staff was friendly

The wifi didn't reach the rooms our group had booked. There were alot of mosquitos in our rooms but no mosquito nets so we got eaten alive. I had no full size towl in my room so after my first shower I realized I only had hand towels to dry with. The walls and curtain areas obvioslt needed a deep cleaning. The AC unit was filthy.

Nice breakfast and good central location

I had a noisy room with other guests poolside and close to the dining area where the staff hung out talking loudly and singing. Despite a sign in my room mentioning the pool hours were 8am-8pm, there were guests in the pool still past 10pm. I also saw a huge cockroach in my bathroom on my first night (on my towel) which was shrugged off as ‘it’s tropical here) when I mentioned it to staff the following day. (I’ve been travelling in Nica for 4 months and never seen a roach before now) The room was furnished strange with a baby cot in the un-functioning kitchen, broken bedside lights, a fake dead flower arrangement, and a large wall cabinet in front of the main light switch. I did not have the amenities as per the booking listing (no fridge) and when I questioned this they said they’d put one on my room, but never did.

we loved our stay at this place. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. staff was super nice and we appreciated tha

the pool looked a bit dirty when we were there so we didn’t use it. the room had a kitchen with fridge, stove and sink but absolutely no equipment for cooking or eating (pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc). We weren’t planning to cook so it didn’t bother us and maybe the staff will provide equipment upon request.

Exceptional

Fabulous service with many smiles. It’s a secure property located within a couple of minutes walk from the Calzada, yet a quiet place to sleep. The breakfast is included and delicious. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable, the AC works well, and the hot water shower is a wonderful treat in Nicaragua. And, again, the staff / family are wonderfully accommodating and helpful!

Naturally the stuff was very polite . They clean the room everyday . This is a normal hotel similar in price and in appearance as other in Granada Nicaragua . Please note ; I'm staying an extra two days . Best of all the breakfast was delicious :)

The main point they wanted was that I pay in full ( and in cash ) which was what I did in the middle of my stay here . I'm not leaving till Monday staying an extra two days and all paid up ., only reluctantly would they take a credit card . but it's okay .

It was a lovely place to stay in downtown Granada.

I loved the decoration and structure of the hotel. It's colonial architecture which I love. The breakfast was very good traditional Nicaraguan fare.

I can't think of anything. There is nothing I would change.

You get what you pay for.

location was good. Just a couple of blocks from parque central. There is parking next door at the restaurant. The wifi worked well enough. It was very quiet for being so close to everything. They had hot water. The room was mostly clean and very spacious. The AC worked well. The staff was pleasant.

The bed was uncomfortable, the shower sprayed all over the place and the bathroom was a little dark and dungeon like. The sofa they had in there was so worn, they had pillows stuffed in the cushions and looked greasy dirty. The pool was a little cloudy, but still useable. The room looked like it wasn't expecting guests. The kitchen was haphazardly put together, the gas line was not connected to any gas for the stove. The sink had some grime.
