The good hotel

It was good. Lighting on rooms are amazing. The staff was amazing

There was a smoking bud outside the belcony. There was moss and stuff on the belcony

Staff was friendly and helpfull. I asked the person at the reception for a hair dryer and he kindly provided it to us 😊 also, he came to our room and solved the problem we had regarding the use of hot water. Also, the person at the restarent prepared breakfirst for us and delivered it to the room even though we came after the breakfirst time. Also, we really like the bath tub in the our upgraded room. Thank you for everything. keep it up. 😎

Overall it is fantastic

Even if the customer has to pay for some additional items it would be better. Then there is more choice.

A small fridge is important. Qibla direction need to be marked. Main door lock is easy for children to open. Better keep key type lock for inside as well.
