Welcome to our beautiful beachfront condo where the beach has sugar-white sand and emerald green water. This luxury 22nd floor 1958 sq ft beachfront unit offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, , granite countertops throughout, crown molding, full bar with icemaker, fully equipped kitchen, large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum, mop and broom, shelves and storage, and free wireless internet. We take great pride in providing cleanliness and comfort in our unit.

Master bedroom features a king sleigh bed, 42" flat screen TV, blu- ray player and the master bath has a Jacuzzi and walk in shower with two shower heads. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, 39" TV, blu- ray player and a private bath with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has 2 double beds, 39" TV with Blu-ray player and a private bath with shower/tub combination. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and complete bathroom facilities including a walk in shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops and comes fully equipped with glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, garbage disposal, pots, pans, skillets, cutting boards, utensils, glassware, dinnerware, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, casserole dishes, mixer, toaster, and many other amenities.

The dining room and living room are open and include 4 bar stools, table with 8 chairs, end tables, lamps, coffee table, sofa and a 60" flat screen TV.

The balcony has breathtaking views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of seating. The sunrise/sunsets as well as dolphin watching is unmatched from this 22nd floor.

We furnish all linens, pillows and bath towels.

Great Location and Amenities! Condo was Clean and we loved having two queen beds in each of the guest bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone! Loved the addition of the bar and grill by the pool. Food was excellent.

The condo was perfect for our family getaway! There were 11 of us all together and we fit perfect. We had a great time on the beach as well as the indoor/outdoor pool areas. I would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view and tons of room to spread out. Sunrise from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We saw many dolphin while sitting out there as well. The kids loved the pools and waterslide and we spent many hours on the beach with soft white sand. Highly recommend!

The condo was nice and very big just like the photos showed. We had 8 people stay and never felt on top of each other. Lots of Bathrooms which was awesome! The view of the beach was great from the balcony. It was extremely hot, so we didn't get to use it much. Only have minor complaints about the condo.... floors felt a little sandy when we got there, but to be expected being on the beach. We cooked in most mornings and nights, so maybe a few extra non-stick pans would be great. A couple of the pans everything stuck to them. (the silver ones) The property itself was very busy 4th of July week. Took 20+ minutes at times to get an elevator and the people above us, you could hear running around. (guessing young kids) All in all, being our first time in Orange Beach we enjoyed our stay and had a good time!

My friends and I brought our families here to stay for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more happy with our stay! It was clean, beautiful, and steps from the beach! We enjoyed the lazy river and amenities! My husband loved the Pickleball court! Thank you for sharing your lovely piece of paradise with us! I highly recommend renting e-bikes at gulf shores/orange beach rentals!! It was a wonderful experience!!

The unit was beautiful and fully stocked, as described in the listing. Our last morning we saw dolphins from the balcony. It was the perfect size for our family of 9, 5 adults and 4 kids. Our only complaints were with the management of the condo complex. Multiple elevators were not working throughtout our stay. The check in process of going to get parking passes/ wristbands was troublesome after waiting for 45 minutes for an elevator to bring our stuff to the room. We recommend parking on level 10-12 of the parking garage for quicker access.

Extremely good location, close to State Park and fishing pier. Well maintained property, both the individual condo and the building itself. Owner was prompt in communication, everything was organized. This was our 10th trip to OB/Gulf Shores area, this will be the first property we make a point to return to.

We really enjoyed this room and location. Easily fit our crew of 10. Although we were on 22 floor we never waited long for an elevator and they were fast, even though it was fall break!! The Parking is so convenient as well. We plan to stay again in the future :)

It was a great place to stay the only complaint we had was not the owners fault! The elevator were a nightmare! Only 6 for the whole complex and 1 didn’t work.. so needless to say going anywhere was a task! We waited for elevators, for up 45min at one time! Everyone there was miserable only bc of the elevators! The unit was beautiful and kept nice and the owner was very helpful! BUT waiting for those packed elevators put a HUGE damper on our stay!!

The condo was extremely nice, very clean, well stocked with conveniences. The property owner was the best communicator, always responding promptly (usually within 15 minutes!). The condo facility was great with lots of activities for kids. The beach, pool, splash pad, lazy river, and indoor pool kept the kids busy. Orange Beach is a nice area with lots to do. The only negative I would mention is that the elevators were terrible on the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun). There are only 6 elevators for 30 floors and one of them was out of commission. At checkout time and checkin time, it was virtually impossible to get an elevator, sometimes taking 20 minutes for one to even open, only to find it was full. The garage is 12 floors high, so if you are on those floors you can get to your floor from the garage if you can park on your floor. If you are on floors 13 to 30 you wait for an elevator or walk the stairs. Also note there are luggage carts and grocery carts. But again, if you are trying to get one at checkout or checkin time, its difficult. Fortunately we had a beach wagon with us so we just used that to transport our stuff. This situation occurred in June 2022 which I suspect is peak season. I can see if you are not in peak season the elevator would not be an issue. And Monday thru Thursday we encountered no issues with elevator access. We learned quickly how to work around the elevators by avoiding peak times. I would rent this property again, but I would be careful of what time of year and days of week I did it. Lovely place!

Everything was good, spacious and roomy. Everything you need for a long stay. Now the elevators were a different story. Everyone checking in and out at the same time they were always full, had to wait up to an hour to get on one. That will make me not stay there again.

The Codi was amazing, beautiful and accommodating for our large group of 10. The owner was helpful and great with communication. The amenities and the beach allowed us to have days of fun without needing to leave the resort much at all, with the exception for meals when we wanted to go out. No complaints!

Unit was as described and had plenty of room for all of us. With mixed gender teens/young adults, beds and baths were the perfect set-up for everyone to have space and privacy. We ate in every meal except one and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Super clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Loved all the amenities at the Phoenix West II also! Elevators and parking were manageable even on Memorial weekend/week.

Beautiful location and view. The washer quit on our 3rd day and she had a new washer and dryer delivered the next day. I appreciate her wanting to keep us happy and our clothes clean. Will return!
