No hay respeto por el huésped - cambio de tarifas

Las instalaciones

Los cambios de precio en la reserva. No hay seriedad en las tarifas. Cambiar las tarifas establecidas en Booking, cambiar las condiciones y los derechos adquiridos en la reserva, so pena de tener que abandonar el hotel si no se accede al valor que ellos te indican. Hubo la necesidad de mostrar la información de las condiciones y precios reservados en Booking. Lo más inaudito es recurrir a la excusa que no conocen de esos precios y que se debe a un error de la plataforma. Triste pero cierto que exista tanto cinismo y sostener una mentira a punta de argumentos falsos. El hotel excelente en su diseño y comodidades. Es un tema que debería revisar los dueños del hotel en cuanto a la mala administración actual del hotel.

Increíble!

Excelente servicio por parte de sus colaboradores, en especial Natalia! Una chica muy atenta en todo momento, dispuesta a ayudar y brindar siempre lo mejor. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, limpias y organizadas. El hotel según su historia es bastante antiguo, pero se encuentra remodelado siendo moderno y cómodo. La comida en general estuvo buena, también los cocteles. Sin duda volvería y lo súper recomiendo!

Perfecto para un fin de semana

El hotel es una casona estilo antiguo, la tienen muy bien conservada y las habitaciones son amplias y la limpieza es excelente, hay comercio cerca y está bien ubicado.

Creo que pueden mejorar el restaurante, la comida es buena pero no espectacular. La carta es bastante reducida, si uno no quiere salir del hotel, llega a cansar comer ahí adentro.

No amenities in the room. No fridge in the room. Extra dog charge was not advised. No dog bowls. Breakfast was too simple. No jam. Dry bread. No juice Outdated. It used to be an amazing hotel

I would not recommend this place because of location and room comfort. Also quite expensive for what it offers.

I found the place charming, the ambience was OK. the food was good.

I found the location not ideal and the room lack some of the usual commodities like a closet. The TV reception quite bad and limited. the Parking inconvenient and expensive.

They do not have a power plant, during the afternoon / late night we were out of light and air conditioning. The hotel did not provide any kind of solution.

The hotel is well renovated tastefully done but is soulless needs colorfull decoration more welcoming artistic flee market, a galery where photos or pieces of art to be showcase or food events, music some mariachis etc ...to bring life to the place..

It is a great and beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. But I couldn´t sleep for a malfuntioning A/C

Beautiful place. Nice patios. Great Pool. Clean rooms. Staff very helpful.

In my room (room 10) there was a terrible sound of a disfuntional Air Conditioning noticeable during the night, that didn´t allow me to rest during the night.

Good choice, but...

The hotel is very very nice, it is very spaciuos, the rooms and also the outsides and the swimming pool. It is clean, the rooms al big, tall ceilings, with air conditioner. The breakfast and any food we ordered were very good. The best of it, is the staff, 10 points for all of them! Very attentive and helpful people.

The worst is the location, the neighborhood is not pretty, is dirty and too noisy every night.

Very good

Antique house in the center of the city. Good place to rest and enjoy the good weather. Despite being in the center, it was quiet inside. Awesome pool and service.

The bathroom was too small and the pool chair were metallic so it got really hot with the sun.
