Simpatia Agradável

A vista do alojamento é algo simplesmente magnífico. O quarto espaçoso, com muita luz natural, uma varanda espaçosa com mesa e cadeiras na rua. O quarto foi limpo todo os dias. Os anfitriões foram espetaculares conosco, ajudaram-nos imenso com a nossa chegada ao alojamento uma vez que nos perdemos e ficamos numa região sem acesso a transportes públicos, rapidamente agilizaram e accionaram um táxi para nos ir buscar ao local onde estávamos. O pequeno-almoço apesar de básico e italiano, era muito muito saboroso. O alojamento fica localizado no alto de Furore, onde há uma excelente rede de transportes públicos (autocarros) a uns 200 metros em frente ao L’Incanto, é preciso ter sorte que não venham lotados e ficarmos a pé, esperando pelo próximo autocarro.

Algum pó acumulado nas mesinhas de cabeceira. As toalhas de banho não eram trocadas aquando da limpeza do quarto. A água como é bastante calcária devido à região (algo perfeitamente compreensível) faz com que os chuveiros estejam com pouca pressão de jato de água. Durante o banho, muitas vezes a água perdia temperatura. As paredes são muito finas, acabamos por conseguir ouvir tudo o que se passa nos corredores e quartos vizinhos. Tem rede Wi-Fi em todo o estabelecimento, mas com constantes perdas de ligação, muito instável.

Marvelous and cozy stay

It was family like. Everyone was so so nice. Antonietta, Carmine, the owners. Everything was so clean, the food delicious and just perfect for us!

Normal stay

having private parking space is definitely a benefit for this area

it felt like everything is falling apart the room - shower holder, curtains, lamps etc. Needed a renovation to much the price. Also poor breakfast, just a pastry with some jam, juice and coffee, would be great to have some eggs and fruits.

Very poor breakfast.Only croisant with marmelade and coffee and juices.Croisants not fresh… No cups for coffee or even water in rooms.Quite good food at restaurant,but you can order pizzas only in the evening (after 7pm) which is kinda weird in Italy Hotel and restaurant aren’t busy, but staff is really strange😅you’re feeling not welcomed, opposite, you need kinda guilty that you come at all.Strage sarcastic phrases and etc. Magnificent view place, but staff is not friendly at all, comparing any other restaurants around

Bad location. Up a mountain.

Location wasn't ideal. Waited 2 hours for a bus that kept passing and had to spend 80 euro to get a taxi up so we checked out the next morning and lost 2 nights that I had paid for and had to get another hotel with easier access

Very good

Incredible nice location and view on the ocean at the Amalfi coast. Super delicious breakfast was served on the terrace with ocean view in the morning. We got an upgrade for free and we had a jacuzzi in our bathroom.

Watch out!

We have arrived in the evening at the Lincanto’s reception wanted to check in, then we asked to see the room before. During the way to the room it smelled not good at all, the place was not renovated like the pictures, dark with no light and I saw even a rat under the stairs. The room, especially the balcony is not a sea view, was not like the description, the only view you can see it is a dirty parking lot. Besides the room and the hotel, the owner was rude and not sympathetic at all, not give us nice welcoming, even close to violent. I have booked the room by mistake for one person, and he was making a big deal even though I said it clear that it was by mistake and if I would stay I will pay for the extra person. It was with breakfast, so I do not know what he was thinking. We tried to explain to the owner calmly that the place was not by the description, and we want to cancel to find another place for the night. The guy in the reception acted not normal, maybe drunk, and could not communicate effectively with us. We just came to enjoy from our vacation and to met with people like that was not pleasant. It was a very bad experience. My girlfriend and I decided to go anyway without a refund and talk to Booking about it because they started to scream and blamed us like we are the problem, a little scary situation. They said some sentences about mafia, and we ran away from there.

Egentligen ingenting

Bad service, nonchalant by the reception, nonchalant by check in, no help at all. We felt us not welcomed. Breakfast? Non fresh bread No eggs No butter Only marmelad and croissant. Not recomend this place

This place is good to stay for one day only not more.

The location was good however you need your own transport.

The communication with the staff was poor and unfriendly, especially the owner of the property.

i really Dont recommend this place. Even though the view was beautiful, somehow the staff managed to destroy is because

the only positive thing about the stay was the view

very bad breakfast i wouldnt even Call it breakfast. The staff was so rude with zero service. When we arrived the staff didnt even knew that we had booked. Three persons was trying to find our Keys to our room, and after 15min they were able to find it.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The smell, staff were unpleasant, breakfast that was meant to be provided was 3 croissants. Restaurant was closed all day one of the days. Access to nearest towns is a nightmare and the hotel is not in furore it’s aregola. To finish the owner of the hotel dropped us to our next town one day and charged 130 euro and nearly killed us about 6 times. He was unhappy with the traffic and showed road rage on the coastal roads I have never seen before. An awful stay all round. Ciaran

Exceptional

We loved this hotel! Great view and loved the terrace with the spa. The spa never heated up but still lovely to sit up there. We also had a private balcony. The breakfast pastries were way too good- we ate them all. They have a restaurant on the property and it was fantastic for dinner. Now one of my favorites in Southern Italy!

It would have been so amazing if the spa was heated:-(

Sea view room and breakfast area was unforgettable.

The views, the breakfast and the size of the room were very satisfying.

We paid extra for a sea view type of room, but the owner wanted to give us a different one saying it was a misunderstanding. He finally gave up after we showed him all the confirmations and told we will not accept an alternative, especially that we booked it an hour before arrival and it was available online. For us it was an unnecessary stress that could be avoided if the owner wasn't trying to con us.

The restaurant is ok but hotel it is not. To get to the rooms you basically walk on a tiny alley behind the kitchen and then up some stairs. There is no reception or any sort of guidance when checking in. You are basically directed to the restaurant and wait at their bar. When the staff is busy you just hang around there until someone attends to you. I went for breakfast 20 mins after it supposedly started to find a woman still cleaning the place and then got served by someone who didn’t seem to work in the restaurant/hotel - I believe I saw him guarding the parking lot during the day. The location is also quite bad and the drive up and down was not fun at all. There was only one very friendly person from the staff who tried to make my stay a little bit more comfortable but that was it.

The view was amazing.

We didn’t get the rooms we reserved, because the hotel was closed. Romms were small and dark without windows. In one of the rooms the smell of the mold was very disturbing. The breakfast was very modest, served in the owners living room and the owner kept on looking at us while we ate.
