Disaster

Location

Absolute dissapointment and dissatisfaction! The worst 6 nights in Italy ever. Beach not good for swimming, extremely muddy and dirty. We used to go 500m further to public beaches, where the beach was great for children and swimming. Breakfasts - everyday empty trays that were supposted to contain food (hams or cheese). There were 3 kinds of cereal available, but no milk. If we wanted to get glasses for water or cutlery we had to search drawers and cupboards ourselves. So if we wanted to actually consume anything, we had to go to a bakery or a nearby market. Air conditioning extremely loud. I really mean extremely loud. It turns on and off every 3 minutes. You can choose either sleepless night with the AC on, or silence and sauna in the room. Don't recommend for anyone.

the beach, the garage, the location

breakfast is too late 7:30 ? i would improve quality , i asked for a boiled egg, and the only offered scrambled ones…? it is like in any other italian hotel : cheap orange juice but nice home made cakes. No prosciutto crudo at all ?

It was a great experience, we would definitely recommend it.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We ended up going to a different Stella Marina in Cecina di Mare instead of San Vincenzo, so that delayed our check in time but they were kind and waited for us. The room were clean, is very close to a walking area with everything available and everyone stays late there so it was a great choice.

We had 3 rooms and 2 rooms had a great sea view, mine didn’t but not a big deal.

Nice place but unfriendly staff

The place in the beach front is very nice and near to the town.

The staff was very unfriendly. All the extra service and fees has to be paied against the description of booking. The fee for the beach chair was doubbled up for foreign people.
