Napoli Hospitality

The Host was just simply awesome. He helped us with our bags upstairs, explained the apartment thoroughly in all capacities, gave us information with a map he highlited showing us how to get to many historic Naples sites... including infamous Napoli Pizza. This B&B hotel has the the best host a tourist could ever have.

It doesn't have a lift but the stairs weren't bad at all. Everything was wonderful..

Delightful centrally located and very comfortable

Delightful room, our host could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The location is very central for exploring old Naples, and there is a charming trattoria in the little piazzetta where we ate both nights. Breakfast was also good

The only downside is that it's on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so you need to be OK with approx 80 steps up and down. But if that's no problem, highly recommend it :)

Fantastic flat with all the amenities needed.

Fabio was a perfect host, he did everything to make our stay comfortable, and helped a lot with his advice. We received a five-star treatment from him.

The flat is on the third floor, with no elevator, so this place is not for the weak.

Comfortable B&B with a very kind owner

Our host, Fabio, was incredibly kind and helpful. I had forgotten how nice it was to stay in a B&B, since we mostly go to Airbnbs or hotels now. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The 3 long flights of stairs were easy enough to manage, even for us in our 60s. The B&B is in an old historic Neapolitan palazzo which was once a tribunal in the 17th century, I believe. I would stay here again!

The breakfast seemed a little basic, though we only partook of it on one morning, since we had to leave early after our second night. There were several small sweet pastries, cereal, some meats, but limited fruit offerings. I can't remember what else there was. Be wary of taxis charging 20 euro to get to the B&B from the station - total ripoff. We paid 10 euro and that was even a ripoff. it's about a 12-15 minute walk, and was ok to walk during the day time.

Naples best

The breakfast was good and the bathroom had a nice big shower. The host was amazing and helpful.

There was a lot of stairs but our host helped to take our suitcases up them.

brilliant position, very clean and very helpful people

Very comfortable room, large and very clean. The breakfast was lovely and we were able to make a tea in the kitchen ourselves before bed. The hotel was in a very good position, right in the old town. The only downfall was the stairs. We are in our 50's and we had to stop half way up for a breather, but the trek was worth it as the room was so nice. The owner was so helpful to us in finding places to visit and helping us to find our way around

Central room in Napels anchient city

Central, kozy place in Napels. Lovely personale and delicious breakfast. Will recommand!

Very good location with friendly staff.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Very good location, not far away from Duomo metro station. Be aware that apartment is located quite high, and only stairs (no lift) are leading to it.

Fantastic! Great location. Easy to find just check Google maps and the door bell names. The host - Davide? Was fantastic so friendly and gave us lots of tips on where to go for our short stay. Room was so clean and fresh. Breakfast was great! Steps are big and around 5 stories so make sure you can do steps.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Naples

Room was fresh and clean, our host was wonderful and spent a lot of time giving us tips on where to go. Great location in the historical centre. Breakfast was nice and featured local specialties.

Up four flights of stairs which was difficult for carrying heavy suitcases but our host was very accommodating and helped us.

Fantastic stay & thank you Fabio

Location: excellent. Really central. Room: Clean, comfortable & beautiful. Staff: Fabio was absolutely fantastic. He helped us so much, answered loads of questions and it was lovely to meet him. Breakfast: Nice selection of sweet & salty along with some lovely fresh coffee.

A little difficult finding the place at first but possibly because we arrived at night.

Great location for a good price

Really friendly staff in a safe and central location - we were only there for only a night but were able to explore much of Naples on foot.

The breakfast left a bit to be desired again in terms of freshness and variety.

The guidance of how to enter could be clearer on how to find instructions. We called and the manager came straight down to help us through the big wooden doors! Once inside it’s peaceful, my teens mentioned it feels safer. Naples is ‘gritty’! That’s how my teenage boys described it!

Exceptional

Very good location in Naples old town, amazing breakfast with lots of different food, more typical to eastern europe, where we are used to have ,, stronger" breakfast. Clean, tidy room... And most important - host Fabio, that gave us warm welcome, showed Naples places to visit, gave excelent eating places recommendation, even the next day let us leave bags, always looking for a way to help. After meeting Fabio, Italy is even more amazing. Strongly recommend :)

Had a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was great. Staff were so kind. Room was big and nice.

AC was a little weak (normal for Europe though) and the shower was a little moldy. 3rd floor walk up is tough with bags but we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is good because Favio (sorry if I made mistake with his name) works there. He welcomes guests like family. He will help with advice, recommendations, carefully feed you breakfast, and even with you will wait for a taxi on the street.
