Great place for a good price with lovely hosts. Would definitéy stay again.

Beautiful place with amazing hosts. We spent 3 nights here and everything was great. The hosts helped us set up gill outside and shared their home-made rakia with us. Everything was clean and cozy. I can recomend this place to anyone.

The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable with more than enough room for the 5 of us. Located just a few steps away from a wide variety shops and restaurants as well as the beach it was the perfect location for our relaxing get away. A private drive made our day trips a breeze since we could park right in front of the main door. The property owners were amazing and it was a genuine pleasure to meet them. They were responsive to our needs as well as being gracious hosts, I can truly say that they helped make our stay on Crete a truly wonderful experience.

Great place for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the pool and water floaties.

Very spacious and comfortable.

We would have liked to make coffee but did not know what kind of pods to use in the coffee maker there.

Great place to spend the vacation

Great apartment, very big, clean and cozy, fully equipped and surrounded by flowers and lemon trees. The owners was very nice and helpful. There is small pool and barbecue place, great place to chill. We loved this stay

Superb

The villa have a lovely garden with pool so definitely nice to hang around. Close walking distance to yummy bakery, shop and the restaurants on the harbour. Beautiful place and we were spoiled for the choice of which bedroom to stay.

Wonderful Villa in the heart of Kissamos

We spent a wonderful time in the beautiful Villa. It is located very centrally, you reach everything within a few minutes in walking distance (seaside, restaurants, shops, bus station etc). Even though, it is very calm. The terrace is great, we loved to sit there and enjoy our mornings and evenings. You also have the possibility to use the barbecue. The Villa is very spacious with a lot of details. It is also great for families or a group of friends. Many thanks to Ioannis and his family who were always available and welcomed us very warmly.

Nice stay, happy with booking.

Nice big villa, lots of space, nice owners, good communication.

Nothing really. 2 points to consider, walk to beach 10/15 mins, not a problem to us, but may be for some. Pool in the picture is huge, in reality it's quite small, again not a problem for us, might be for a larger family with kids.

Great host and stay in Kissamos and western Crete

Ioannis was a great host. Flexible, knowledgeable and good communication. The house had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Location walking distance from town center and very close to main road. A good base to explore this side of Crete for sure.

A misfunction of one of the air conditioners. It was addressed quickly. Interior furniture could be more comfortable or upgraded but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

We all loved the house. It’s been our best booking experience ever. The house is beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. The garden with the swimming pool is great too and it’s so much fun for the kids! The hosts are really kind and made a cake to welcome us. It’s definitelly a 10/10!

Nothing to complain about. It was just perfect!

Spacious villa with good facilities: great for families

Nice house with plenty of space and good facilities in the town centre of Kissamos. Great for exploring the West of Crete, good for access to Balos and Elafonissi beaches (both around 30 minutes by car - and then short hike for Balos). Kitchen is well equipped - good for self-catering.

A few (very) minor points: Some under-counter lights in the kitchen would be nice as it was a bit dark. The school kids (next door) woke us up but with the double glazing closed you can't hear them :-). Solar heated water means that if you get a rainy/cloudy day you might have a tepid shower in the evening.
