Rating of 8,6 is a mystery to us

The location was good. And everything was clean.

This place is rated 8,6 on booking.com and that is a great mystery to us!! We booked this room due to very good rating and dissent pricing. The "guest house" is however in reality a dormitory. There are 4 rental rooms with small bathrooms and all rooms are sharing a kitchen and a balcony. We stayed for 2 nights (3 persons). The fridge was broken, hardly any water in the shower and only cold water! The aircondition did not deliver cold air. No style in the room - only a mix of old fashion furniture. There is no staff in the building in order to ask for assistanse, all communication is only done through WhatsApp. We love Italy and have stayed in many different hotels and apartments in Italy over the years, but this experience was especially negative.

I arrived at 2 in the morning. Noemi helped me to get in the building and also arranged a taxi to bring me to the hotel. Super nice, super welcoming.

If you're coming to Lido di Ostia, this is the place to stay in!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming and pleasant guest house. We had a clean room with a nice view of the area and a private bathroom. I also appreciated having a dining area where you can have a coffee and relax on the small balcony. And I can't say enough good things about Noemi, who was super personable, helpful, and responsive to our questions and concerns, and even arranged a trip to the airport for us. I highly recommend this place if you're coming to Lido di Ostia!

Honestly my partner and I weren't very impressed with the town in general, although the guest house itself is located in an great place that's close to the beach and surrounded by several good restaurants.

good location. 100 meters to the sea. nice and clean room with air condition. there is a shared room to have launch or breakfast. nice restaurants around

car parking is crazy. if you find plenty of free space, check signs, maybe there is a market place :) so I would suggest go with private parking. Free beach is around 800 meters. The Sea bottom has sharp stones. On the paid beaches there are no stones, but it is not so deep to swim. around 1-1.5 meters.
