Foarte mulțumita!

Resortul arata mai bine ca în poze. Liniște, curte foarte curata, cu multa verdeață. Piscina îngrijită. Mancare gustoasa. Camera spațioasă, foarte curata, se făcea ordine în fiecare zi. Paturi mari și foarte confortabile. Raport calitate preț excelent.

Mâncarea gustoasa, dar cam repetitiva. Am stat 6 zile, la un moment dat ni s-a întors de aceeași feluri.

Siamo stati bene

Struttura accogliente con camera vista mare e piscina grande .pulizia e puntualità ottime ,personale cortese e disponibile ,barman simpaticissimo. Possibilità di giocare a Ping pong e carambola con 2 euro.market sotto l hotel. Frigo ,acquigacapelli e cassaforte presenti

Kavos è un paese per ragazzi giovani e la spiaggia è la più brutta di korfu. Ideale se hai la macchina e puoi girare.cibo abb vario ma ripetitivo , frutta e pesce quasi assenti. Non c’è animazione se non la serata graca. Acqua a cena nn compresa nel prezzo .troppa plastica

We loved the facilities on offer but found out the downside to the hotel in the staff

The pool and facilities were great value for money.

The staff were very poor, only the bartender did we create a relationship with who was a very nice bloke. The rest of the staff were rude, arrogant and lacked all empathy and any signs of sympathy. They claim it to be a family hotel, yet there are no families and it is full of young adults like us and failed to give us our deposit back based on rubbish. We were not welcomed when we arrived and were greeted with a very passive aggressive worker who claimed to be the manager. We asked to speak to the manager, but not once did we figure out who the actual manager was and many workers lied about their position. They have their target market all wrong, as they claim to be a family hotel yet they are based in the party central of Corfu, with the strip being full off young adults wanting to get drunk and go out. The staff were an absolute shambles!

We didn’t like that at the dinner we even couldn’t get a glass of water or even to bring it with us. And if you want to drink something at the dinner you need to pay

1. The way how the personnel interacts and makes your stay perfect - very friendly people. 2. The hotel is placed on a quiet location although quiet far from nice beaches (at least 20-25 minutes by car). 3. Room Service 4. Free and big parking place ( we had a 9 seater minivan)

1. The pool is getting closed at 19 PM - very disappointing!!! I would agree to close it for cleaning but 19 o'clock, seriously? Everybody returns to the hotel in the evening and wants to relax at the pool. They could have close it at 21 or 21:30 o'clock, would have been definitely better. Cleaning time from 21 PM - 09 AM would be enough. This is one of the main reasons we would no longer return to this hotel. We were 8 people, everybody felt bad hearing that once we checked in. 2. Some of the facilities were broken or not working properly: Air Conditioning stuck on a predefined temperature, bathroom door not working properly, no shampoo or shower gel, old and dirty curtain by the shower, freezer not cooling properly, snooker table malfunctioning etc. 3. Breakfast and dinner were not really creative; the quality of the food was good but 90 % of the things were repeated every day.

Beautiful compound with big rooms and nice pool

It was super hard to find 2 nights stay at the same hotel in Kavos. I had to stay 1 night in Olympion village and the second night in a different hotel. The compound is so beautiful, cozy and clean. It is located 5-7 min walking from the nightlife area which is a plus. You can sleep anytime without hearing any noise. The room is big with a nice view to the pool. The breakfast was good too and the staff are very helpful.

paid half board but was no food to feed kids , kids were crying every night hungry as they didn’t cater for them I’m a single mother and no extra money we ate salad no food

nothing no clean towels for 7 days

paid for half board and got very little had to have salad everyday no meat maggots in rice potatoes unwashed they didn’t seem to care everyone paid half board and they never supplied ample food to even cater completely ripped of lost over half a stone

the staff were awful, very rude and kept shouting, treated horribly, had to pay a €50 deposit and did not get it back , had bed bugs , poo all over the walls , poo in swimming pool , the cleaners stole clothes and money . do not stay here

lovely getaway

Our room was spacious, clean with good aircon. Balcony sea view was incredible. The pool area was relaxing. All staff so helpful, polite and friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was nice. If we ever returned we would stay back there.
