About this house rental

Nicely appointed 3 Bedroom house on large section with beautiful native trees, 100 metres to estuary, 200 metres to school with playground and swimming pool, close to boat ramp, 1 minute drive to town.
Secure section big enough for boats, games, running around. Fully fenced on 3 sides with 4th side stand of native trees. Linen available for an additional charge upon request.
Boat ramp, supermarket close by, lovely town with nice cafes, restaurants, pubs within easy walking distance, nice quiet street - was once main road but now quiet road leading to waterways.
Coromandel is famous for its beautiful beaches and bush, Whitianga is centrally located for easy access to all the attractions of the Coromandel.
For the fishing and diving enthusiasts Whitianga offers all of these recreational sports or if you don't feel that energetic why not just kick back and read a book underneath the trees.

We enjoyed our stay, beach right there, town down the road, beautiful views, beautiful scenery kids had fun. House was lovely, nice and warm, beside the wet weather condition. Stove may be checked. B.B.Q need cleaning. I recommend going back, if the weather was great.

Tidy cool wee place. Great entertaining area. Perfect place to relax. Short walk into town. Loved our stay. Shelly had clear instructions on what was needed during the stay. Was easy to contact if needed. Had lots of games and equipment for a fun time with the Whānau.

Lovely spot with a nice deck surrounded by trees and birds. The bach is somewhat old and needs some TLC. Otherwise, comfortable and great location.

Lovely beach located 15 mins from the town centre, very large outdoors with a deck to relax in the sun. A very lovely place to stay. We would definitely recommend this listing!

The house was the perfect size for a small group of friends or family to stay at! Was the perfect location for day trips to all the different beaches and a short walk into town. Absolutely loved our stay, 100% recommend staying here!!!

Definitely be staying here again if coming to Whitianga in future. Neat and clean place with spacious rooms and amazing shower. Kids like it there as there were games available for them. Thank you for providing a home away from home.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, great location, plenty of room and comfortable. I have a few suggestions I believe need to be done. The house needs a new washing machine, smart TV, bbq and it was disappointing to have to bring our own linen. With these improvements you would easily be able to charge more a night. Overall we would stay again in a heart beat! Thank you

It was lovely to walk to the marina and the little beach to play with our son, and the house has a sweet little garden that is fenced off for privacy. Loved being able to cook comfortably in the generous kitchen. However, having been on a road trip we were disappointed to learn that the advertised washing machine was broken and unable to take a normal load of washing. We had to scoop our clothes out of a machine full of water and spend a couple of ours at a laundrette. The electricity went out in the one bedroom as a result as well. We also didnt have bedside lamps. All in all the house felt like it was overdue an update esp electricals and applinces and a bit of love and consideration in general, but we still enjoyed our stay. Host is lovely to communicate with and the house is clean and tidy.

Lovely property for a last minute getaway. Prompt communication with the host allowed us to book late, and had a great few days in Whitianga. Easy check in, the bach is a short walk into town. Clean and tidy, great for a short break

We were there during appalling weather but found the house to be very accomodating. Found the kitchen to be nicely functional, comfortable beds and a nice new shower.Rented dvds from the library, enjoyed playing games in the lounge.Would definitely return!

It was so nice to come and stay in this lovely place, family time was much needed and there was plenty for us to do together, even when raining it was nice to sit in and watch a couple of movies or play games, I will say that the place could do with an extra couple of fans as the bedrooms were extremely warm in the evening, aside from that, prefect breakaway :)
