clean, tidy hotel, pleasant staff. The pool is both downstairs and at the very top of the hotel

noisy, lots of drunk young people, sound insulation between rooms is poor. Food is often overcooked

If you don't like to sleep and get some rest, the hotel is perfect for you!

It's located close to the beach and the supermarket

The cleaning ladies!! I have never stayed at a hotel where the cleaning ladies make so much noise. Every morning between 8:30 and 9:00 they started screaming, slamming and singing in the hallways!! Extremely disturbing!

It was nice, I dont like the balcony.

it was somehow clean, when I arived in my room i found there a platic bottle and some chocolate pack.

a bit louder, as you can hear people speaking throught the wall more variety on dinner would be welcome however(and there is Big however) it was tasty and really enough for the cost, could not wxpected more for the money.

Nice and clean suite

Nice roomy suite, comfy beds and clean. Air conditioning and friendly staff. Only stayed for a couple of hours before a flight tho so didn’t get the full picture, so closeness to airport is a plus

Didn’t stay long about to notice anything. It is a party hotel tho, so there was loud music and drunk folks all the night, so sleeping could be an issue if you don’t come for partying also.

Amazing breakfast

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and very well presented. Not too far from the beach. Bed very comfortable Swimming pool is nice.

The room is not soundproof so you can hear everything in the corridor and the next rooms. Finishing of the room not to normal standards, you could see cables and holes in the walls. Early check in is £30 very expensive for couple of hours when the room is there, ready:a lot of flights arrive early in the morning, so deffo they have a big request, therefore they made a chargeable offer.

My room was very small being in the corner room. My room (236) was never cold and sometimes it was hot. The air vent also had mold growing on it. And the wifi did not reach my room…

The pools and the fact that you can order salads/pizza/etc for lunch if you decide to spend the day at the pool That you can add breakfast (around 12 eur if i remember correctly)or dinner (15 eur) to your booking at any time That you can early check-in for 30 eur That you can rent bikes/cars which will be brought to you at the hotel That you can take pool towels for a deposit of 20 eur for a weeek The many breakfast options (but which don't change in a week) That you can book trips around the island from the hotel reception, a lot of options are available The air conditioning

The location of the hotel. It is close to the beach but in an area that doesn't seem safe especially at night. Also, the area between the hotel and the beach is quite dirty, full of trash on the streets. Of course I don't blame the hotel for this, but I wish I had more time to research this area before booking. The noise. The doors to the rooms are useless, you can hear everything from the corridors. And there is so much to hear since the hotel was full of young people (majority of them were germans) who came back from clubs late at night/early in the morning. If you wish to sleep well during your vacation this may not be possible in peak season at this hotel. There are a million little things that can be repaired in the rooms: the bathroom tiles, the shower door, the walls in the room were dirty.... I think this really was a 4 star when it was opened but now I would only give it a 3.

It was great value for money. The room size was enough for one person, there was plenty of vegetarian food options for dinner, good breakfast too and the location was great.

My recommendation would be to improve the balcony doors.. even when my door was closed, the smell when people smoked outside on neighbouring balconies, went into my room. And it was quite noisy (balcony was on the pool side). But yeah overall, great place.

Great stay but could be improved

I loved the pool and the location (10 mins walk to the beach) The staff was supportive and friendly

The noise and disrespectful people staying there Moreover I made a mistake in booking a double room for 1 instead of 2. However we couldn't get the room and the hotel didn't help out. We called booking.com and everything has been resolved with a lower price. If the hotel would have agreed 2 people instead of 1 we would have saved 2 hours of our time and the hotel would have gotten more money from us.

Rooftop pool, and pool downstairs

The location is horrible, it's at the end of arenal, 40 min from palma in a full bus... and the area is not nice, literally anywhere in Mallorca is better. The hotel itself isn't really what a 4 star should be... people also woke me up before 7 am each morning!
