Quarto bom! mas café da manhã precisa melhorar

Quarto grande! Novo, cama grande! Chuveiro de caldeira muito bom.

O café da manhã não era bom. Em MG eu esperaria um pão de queijo melhor. O Café preto era péssimo, não dava pra tomar O Blackout do quarto não funciona

A melhor vista da cidade!

Instalações excelentes, assim como limpeza, conservação e uma vista fantástica. Os funcionários são muito gentis, educados e simpáticos, este é o grande diferencial.

O café da manhã é o ponto fraco, como vem da cozinha do outro prédio, alguns itens ficam duros e frios (inclusive o café), até temos a impressão que alguns já estão velhos. Uma atenção precisa ser dada aqui, pois no outro prédio o café é fantástico.

A estadia que possui os melhores funcionários!

Tudo é maravilhoso, fica até difícil eleger o que mais se destaca, mas os funcionários (simpatia, educação, cortesia) são o maior diferencial, a melhor equipe que se pode encontrar num hotel. São tão queridos que a gente sente vontade de voltar só por isso, mas também tem a localização e a vista da cidade, uma delícia. Assim como a qualidade, conforto e limpeza das instalações.

O café da manhã é o ponto fraco, poderia melhorar no referente a diversidade, principalmente.

Apesar de alguns pontos que precisam de melhoria, a hospedagem atendeu nossas necessidades.

A localização é ótima, pois fica no centro da cidade.

O café da manhã poderia ter uma variedade maior de opções de pães, bolos e frutas. Na segunda-feira o café não era servido no prime hotel e tínhamos que ir para o park hotel, mas não nos comunicaram. A piscina não estava tratada. Estava verde. Esperávamos uma cama mais confortável. Além de dura ela fazia muito barulho, mesmo que você apenas se mexesse levemente ela rangia alto. A cadeira da mesa de escritório também rangia muito. Era possível ouvir o ranger das camas do quarto ao lado e o barulho da água no encanamento. Poderiam adicionar um kit higiene no banheiro com hastes flexíveis, toca de banho e chinelo.

Instalações novas, bem planejadas, garagem perto do elevador e gentileza dos funcionarios. Bom colchão

Box de banheiro sem barra de proteção e dispenser de folhas finas e pequenas ao inves de rolos de papel higienico.

Pouca sombra no estacionamento. Nada grave, mas o estacionamento não é compatível com o padrão do hotel. Todo na brita. Podiam arrumar direitinho, marcar as vagas, plantar árvores ou colocar coberturas. Banheiros podiam ter barras dentro dos boxes para pessoas idosas.

Great place to stay

The hotel was great, very clean and very friendly staff. Facilities were great. There is a parking space downstairs, and free coffee on the reception.

I didn't love the breakfast.

It was a short stay, but overall it was good. We arrived at almost 10pm and left at 08:30am.

The dinner lounge was cozy and reminded me of some restaurants abroad. Very stylish and well decorated.

The reception was on one side of the road and the room was the other side. There was a bypass between them, but when you are in a hurry it can take time.

Didn't fit my needs. And for the money, have similar options

friendly staff, the history of the place that is inside an historical building (Tamareiras Park)

The front desk and breakfast area for Prime was not working, need to cross the bridge to move to Tamareiras park. the swimming pool at Park , by far not as at shown photos. , in really all the T. Park area need an urgent reshape!. Location didn't fit for my needs. no good signing for the entrance need to do a huge turn around to be able to get to the Entrance.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff. Nice city view from the room. Big rooms (suites). Unfortunately I had no time to test the restaurant. The pleople says it is excellent. Valet parking.
