Location Location !

This house sized duplex is set amongst quality homes in the desirable Maroochy Waters estate with amazing views from nearly every room in the house.
We are in a residential area so strictly NO PARTIES.

YOU ARE ALSO ABLE TO BRING YOUR PET ON HOLIDAY AT NO EXTRA COST!
We have a doggie door fitted that leads into a fully fenced garden area.

Bring your boat / tinny or borrow our kayaks ( we have 5 + life jackets) and with the canal at your back garden you are able to enjoy all water activities or just sit , relax and watch from the undercover patio area

There is a boat ramp with electric winch from the triple garage straight into the canal, which leads directly into the Maroochy River and Coral sea.

Beautiful broadwater views can be enjoyed from the entertainment area
complete with barbecue . There is also a fire pit in the back garden …if you wish to use it please make sure children and pets are supervised .

Close to the beaches of Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba with its ever popular cafe strip.

Within walking distance or a short drive to Sunshine Plaza or Cotton Tree which is popular for dining, markets and Maroochydore beach.

Although we charge a one off cleaning fee...There is NO CHARGE for use of kayaks , bikes, high chair, linen and towels, wifi and complimentary tea, sugar, coffee, soy milk , juice and biscuits! No extra charges for pets.

We are vegan friendly so no leather couches, feather pillows or quilts. You will find a book at the house full of local cafe’s and restaurants that serve vegan and vegetarian options....too many to chose from :)

This is self catering holiday .
Coles have an online shopping service which can deliver to your door for a small fee, log in details will be sent in your arrival email should you wish to pre order.

A long walking track runs from Sunshine Plaza to Cotton Tree and through Alexandra Headland, up to Mooloolaba, and is always busy with people enjoying a stroll, jog or cycle .

Sunshine Plaza is the Sunshine Coast's largest shopping mall, and has a large cinema comlex, fashion boutiques, department stores and food courts. Maroochydore also offers nightlife with trendy bars and the various Surf Lifesaving Clubs always full of life. When you want to wind down, float on the gentle Maroochy river. The river mouth also offers great kite surfing.

Cant recommend enough. The location is central and close to the beach and main shopping centre. The house came with kayaks and there was a small private beach our kids loved. Dawn and dave were so helpful when we had issues unrelated to this house and went above and beyond what you would expect of hosts. The house was clean and tidy and had some nice small touches. Perfect stay.

We loved our stay at Bayz Maroochy Waters. We stayed for four nights and everything was absolutely perfect. Communication with owners exceeded expectations. They really put a lot of thought and care into their home and try to anticipate what their guests will need. The house is beautiful and is exactly as described. The backyard, the kayaks, the fish jumping in the canal, the birds, the fire pit....all made for some fun and relaxing times spent outdoors. The ping pong table, games, big tv, air con, comfortable beds....all made for fun and comfortable time spent indoors. The neighborhood is very nice, and we felt very safe as a group of four women. We would love to stay here again if/when we are able to make our way back to the Sunshine Coast.

A lovely location for a family get together (including our dog). The accommodation is well set out and very spacious. Garden area is fully fenced and secure for young children and dogs. Situated on the canal, we took advantage of the kayaks and life jackets provided. The little extras supplied made this short stay very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Beautiful clean house with an amazing water view. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay, loved the ping pong table and the use of the kayaks. Puppies also loved a swim in the water. Thank you to Dawn and family for a great stay. Hope to stay again.

Everything was perfect. Location, fishing & kayaking in the canal. We had 2 families stay with teenage girls. The ping pong table was a hit. BBQ on the verandah was also great for feeding the family breakfast lunch & dinner.

Our family spent a week at this property and we absolutely loved our stay. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Our boys loved going out kayaking and fishing in the canal every day. The fire pit was also a hit each night. Check in and out was very easy and it was so great to be able to have our dog with us. She had plenty of space and really enjoyed her stay too. Highly recommended.

The house is amazing! Fantastic location on the canal, comfy beds, spacious rooms, amazing view, everything you could want and more. Owners are fantastic they offered us early check in when house cleaned from previous people, have all the little things to make your stay the best - even treats for dogs and their humans. Excellent pet friendly property, fully fenced, access to a small sandy beach in the backwater for wadding, fishing, kayaking. 3 bd upstairs, 1 bed downstairs, Great for family with teens, large enough for 2 small families. 4 minutes drive to Sunshine plaza, 2 minute drive or 15 walk to great coffee shop (open breakfast and lunch). 6 min drive to cotton tree and surf beach.

Perfect stay with pets and elderly folk. Everything you need is on hand. Dawn goes a little bit further than other hosts. Check in/out is easy, neighbourhood is very quiet and the canal is amazing. My 2 dogs loved it and didn’t escape. My elderly parents loved the peace and quiet and looking out onto the water. Will be returning.

Dawn was always quick to respond and friendly in her correspondence. The house is even better in real life and we absolutely loved our stay. The property was spotless and the personal touches made it feel like a home rather than just a holiday house. We loved rhe beautiful sunsets every night, firepit was an added bonus and we loved the kayaks as well as the little private river beach which our dogs loved as well for their morning swim. Highly recommmed this place and the most dog friendly place we have ever stayed as your dogs can’t be escape if you go out so we felt secure knowing they were safe. Thank you for a lovely break! Oh and the table tennis was a hit for our 15 year old son! 😀

Was a great time with family! Great for children and puppies! We all had a great time loved the little private beach and kayaks. Table tennis table was great too. Great space with 5 adults, 2 children under 10 and 3 dogs never felt like you were living on top of each other. Great place to stay!

Dawn and Dave have created a comfortable home that sits in a peaceful spot looking over the water whilst being close to the beach and coffee shops. Unfortunately as a family we were impacted by COVID and Dawn and Dave were compassionate to accomodate our booking. Ever so grateful to have the break and enjoy some down time. We have stayed at Dawn's before. It's so relaxing that we actually thought we had another night, and poor Dawn had to ring us to remind us that we actually should have already checked out, but first, she asked if we had enjoyed our break. She was so good-natured about it. We will definitely come back if she'll have us.
