Newly built, 3 bright rooms, patio, garden, garage. Ideal for families, quiet.
The apartment is located in the town of Füssen, at the foot of the Alps and a stone’s throw from Neuschwanstein Castle. All around are rolling green hills with a backdrop of towering mountains, lakes and sleepy villages. In summer it is a hiker’s paradise; in winter the ski slopes are just minutes away.

The property was completed in 2013. All rooms have underfloor heating, while the windows are large and generous. The 63 sq m apartment can sleep 2 adults and 2 children in bunk beds. An aditional child’s bed is available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and oven.
The guests have access to the 150 sq m private garden with a 25 sq m patio with barbecue. The house has an underground parking garage and a bicycle storage space. Washing machine and dryer at your exclusive disposal can also be found in the basement.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and LAN Internet access in all rooms. Other amenities include an Internet-connected TV, a Blu-ray player, blutooth loudspeakers, a Nintendo Wii console with games for the whole family.

Excellent place to stay
We stayed in the appartment for one week with two adults and two childen. All of us really loved to stay here. It is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The city center of Füssen is a pleasant 10 minute-walk away.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, es fehlte an nichts!
Wir (2 Erw. mit 6-jähr. Zwillingen) sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und hatten vor Ort einen tollen Urlaub. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und die Fewo auch nur fußläufig von der Füssener Innenstadt entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet u. wir haben auch Terrasse u. Garten genossen.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren im August mit unserer Tochter für eine knappe Woche zu Gast. Der Wohnkomplex ist ruhig gelegen und von der Lage her super zentral.
Der eigene Spielplatz konnte bei unserer Tochter sehr gut punkten. Sehr freundliche Nachbarn, saubere Anlage, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Auch sehr kinderfreundlich es gab ein Babybett, Rausfallschutz, Kinder- und Kleinkinderhochstuhl, Bücher und Kindergeschirr.
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter und haben keine Kritikpunkte. Gerne weiter so.

Tolle Wohnung, top ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen
Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schade war, dass das Rollo im Schlafzimmer nicht funktionierte, aber da konnte man leider nichts machen. Dafür konnte man abends schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und das Panorama bewundern.

Wohnung wie beschrieben, Top-Zustand, schön eingerichtet, liegt am Ortsrand, am nächsten Haus vorbei und man ist im Grünen.

Super Wohnung
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles direkt mit einem kleinen Rundgang durch die Anlage erklärt. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Alles, auch in ausreichender Anzahl, vorhanden. Ausstattung der anderen Zimmer und des Bades ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir waren vermutlich nicht das letzte mal hier.

Super Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Nachbarin, die uns empfangen hat ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ich kann mich den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Alles - wie beschrieben - und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Besonders erwähnenswert ist m.E. die Lüftungsanlage der Wohnung, die uns, auch bei > 30 Grad Aussentemperatur, stets mit frischer und"gekühlter" Luft versorgt hat.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit umfangreicher und familiengerechter Ausstattung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt.
Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ist genügend Platz und alles vorhanden was man braucht. (Kinderbett, Wickeltisch, Gitter für das Hochbett, Kinderstuhl, kinderbesteck usw.).
Auch sonst ist eine umfangreiche Ausstattung in der Küche bspw vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde ebenfalls gestellt.
Such die Vermieter Herr und Frau Geiger waren sympathisch und hilfsbereit bei fragen.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful place
My family and I loved the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was as described. We were a family of 5. My 2 daughters slept comfortably in the room with the bunk beds, and my 16 year old son slept on the couch. The couch was spacious, and he said it was comfortable, so we fit nicely even though it has only 2 bedrooms.
If you have a car, there is a parking space as well. We were only 2 blocks from the quaint town of Fussen and could easily walk around to explore. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, toll ausgestattet und entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist umgehend und sehr freundlich. Die Unterlagen vorab sind ausführlich und die Übergabe war völlig unkompliziert und nett. Wir (Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern) haben uns immer wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

New and bright apartment close to old town
The apartment is new and spacious with all modern conveniences supplied. It is walking distance to the old town with parking downstairs. A lot of information is supplied by the owner with Fussen cards supplied on arrival to allow discounts on various tourist attractions and transport. I would definitely recommend this property.

Outstanding Apartment
Everything was outstanding about our experience here from the accuracy of the description on the site to the comfort of the apartment itself. The owner was prompt and responsive in our initial correspondence and provided excellent timely directions on how to find and access the apartment - something that is often a frustrating puzzle. We knew exactly where to go and what to do!
The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped. We prefer to use apartments when we travel and this one had absolutely everything we could have needed including modern appliances, tableware and a surprising number of spices and basic recipe requirements.
It's location is perfect! It really is only an easy 10 minute walk into town where there are numerous restaurants and shops including a fairly large grocery store. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and we found everything extremely comfortable. The owner's parents are just next door and although they don't speak much English they were welcoming and helpful. The building has parking in the basement which was so convenient.
They also provided us with a Fussen Card that provided free access to the local bus and discounts on tickets to the big castles.
We had a delightful stay and I highly recommend this perfect accomodation!

Great unit, great owners
My wife and I stayed here for a week with our two children. The building is newer and includes all the modern amenities. The underground parking and roll shutters are especially nice. Apartment is clean and centrally located. Owners were very helpful and accommodating with directions, local norms and general questions. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is modern, roomy, good furnished with a nice garden and good parking facilities. The apartment worked out very well for us as we were traveling with young children. All in all a very nice place to stay that we would recommend.

Perfect Vacation Rental
Perfect, lovely apartment for our holiday! Impeccably clean, bright, with a well-equipped kitchen and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get and more.....cos there's a really nice view of the Alps in the distance from the windows! If you're coming to Fussen via train, buses from the train station will also take you to a bus stop about 30metres from the apartment building (do check against the bus schedule). The bus rides around town and to the usual tourist spots of Schloss Neuswanstein, Tegelberg and Wieskirche are free with the Fussen Guest Card which we received from the hosts for the duration of our stay. And a great plus are the hosts were extremely patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. We had mentioned to them about our concerns of the cold Fussen winter (We are Singaporeans so we're used to year-round temperatures of 30+ degrees celsius), so Klaus and Stephanie gave us tips on how to dress for the weather. And when we arrived on an afternoon of around -5 degrees celsius, we found the apartment nice and toasty because Klaus' mum Christine had left the floor heaters for us! We have nothing but compliments for the apartment and Klaus, Stephanie and Christine and would recommend it to all visitors :)
