Einfach große Klasse

Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1.Stock und hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten einen angeboten Transfer vom Flughafen genutzt und waren mit allem zufrieden. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter war auch immer für Fragen erreichbar. Ein wunderbarer Strand ist in 20min. fußläufig oder mit dem Bus Nr. 15 erreichbar, wenn man das Auto nicht nutzen möchte. Die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit vom Haus und die Fahrzeiten werden sogar bei google maps angezeigt. Mit dieser Buslinie kommt man sogar bis in die Altstadt inkl. Hafen.

Leider hatte das sehr schöne Appartement keine Gazefenster, sodass die Mücken nachts etwas aufdringlich waren. Zumindest im September. Man sollte dann wahrscheinlich doch zu einer alternativen Lösung greifen und besser vorsorgen als wir.

Superb

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Building and apartment is well maintained. Tomo who was our contaxct person was very helpful and easy to reach. He guided us for every question. There are beaches nearby in walking distance.

Very good

Fantastic view and comfortable flat with a bus stop 2 min from the apartman. Take note that the bus does not take a direct route to the city center so a trip to the center takes 25-30 min.

This is a residential area, with crying kids and loud lawn mowing before 7.30 am.

Amazing stay!

The apartment was amazing, very nice with a sea view from the balcony. It was very clean and also fully equipped. We also had a parking space in the garage. The location was great, just a short drive to Split. The staff was great and checked in on us several times, thanks Tomo! Above all an amazing stay!

Lovely apartment, super clean, beautiful view and great location.

Unfortunately didn't have a place to get breakfast close to the apartment. The cafes around it's just to drink and smoke. But have a supermarket around.

Exceptional

Tomo is a very helpful guy, we were in contact on what's app. He was nice waiting for us longer as our flight had a 1:30 min delay. He provides lots of useful information about Split and Znjan. The apartment is very clean, has a nice view of the beach with a big balcony and all facilities in the kitchen. we had to work for a few hours, therefore, internet connection was important for us, which was working perfectly and we had no issues with it. the bathroom was clean, high quality material is used to build this apartment. Thanks to the hosts, everything worked well and we enjoyed our short stay

really nothing important, just we had to put the kettle on the kitchen chair to boil the water as the cord was too short an adaptor with a longer cord might.

Nice apartment / Nice city

Within a fairly new building, so everything was spotless and well fitted. Private underground parking was a plus. Mr Ivo was a great host and helped us in every way. Note the location is not exactly within any of the tourist hot spots, but with a rental you’re only a few clicks away from everything. The old town is superb.
