Week end în Bari.

Good location, close to the city center. Very clean, all facilities. There is a very good conection with Airport, too.

There is an issue with the 0 floor apartment. There is not enough natural light.

Wymiana materacy znacznie polepszyłaby ocenę apartamentu.

Łatwość zameldowania, odbioru i zdania kluczy. Czystość na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Komplet informacji przekazywany przez właściciela dot. odbioru kluczy, zameldowania, okolicznych restauracji, sklepów, taksówek i komunikacji miejskiej. Wyposażenie w sprzęt kuchni, pralka, zestawy ręczników, mydła w łazience, płyn do naczyń, nawet płyn do prania, kawa i herbata, klimatyzacja. W pobliżu market spożywczy, sporo sklepów i kawiarni. Niedaleko autobus do historycznego centrum miasta. Do dworca 15 min na piechotę. Możliwość przechowania bagaży po opuszczeniu apartamentu.

Bardzo niewygodne łóżka, szczególnie łóżka pojedyncze. Cienkie materace słabej jakości, czuć każdą sprężynę, nie pozwalają przespać nocy, co istotnie wpływa na ocenę pobytu. Materace zdecydowanie wymagają wymiany. Ilość ciepłej wody wymaga bardzo oszczędnego korzystania, jeżeli 4 osoby chcą wziąć prysznic kolejno po sobie. Słabo wyciszone ściany, słychać wszystko z sąsiednich apartamentów. W całym apartamencie tylko jedno okno wychodziło na zewnątrz (na hałaśliwą ulicę), pozostałe na klatkę schodową, co utrudnia wietrzenie mieszkania i daje mało światła wewnątrz. Dość daleko od historycznego centrum Bari. Brak możliwości późniejszego opuszczenia mieszkania niż wyznaczona godzina 10 rano.

a good stay

The apartment is situated in a good location, quite close to Bari Centrale railway station and within walking distance to other attractions. The building looks nice, check-in was easy to follow, and the apartment itself is cozy. The host is very responsive and friendly. Overall, it was a good stay! :)

The twin beds in the smaller room were quite uncomfortable and too small for larger individuals. The main problem was the boiler—it couldn't handle all four of us at once. On my first shower, I ran out of hot water with soap still on me and ended up freezing. After that, we had to shower one by one, with breaks for the water to warm up again. Additionally, the noise from outside, particularly the garbage truck making multiple nightly visits to collect trash, was a bit too much.

Buenas ubicación, buen precio

El departamento era cómodo,limpio, y bien ubicado 15 minutos caminando a la estación de tren de bari centrale, y unos 25 minutos caminando al centro histórico. Con mucho comercio cerca, cafetería, supermercado,tiendas de ropa, etc

A veces se siente mucho ruido de la gente qué llega al edificio.

Összességében jó élménnyel távozunk, nem működött rendesen a kávéfőző, de a tulajdonos készségesen segített és hozott ne

Rendkívüli tisztaság volt, a tulajdonossal könnyű volt a kommunikáció angolul. Hiteles volt a hirdetés,volt minden amit ígértek, törülköző, hajszárító, alapkellékekkel felszerelt konyha hűtővel, mikróval stb.

A konyha kicsit lehetett volna felszereltebb, több eseménnyel vagy fakanállal pl., de így is megoldottuk amit szerettünk volna.

Spazioso e confortevole, pulizia da perfezionare

La posizione ottima rispetto a negozi quotidiani (supermercato, farmacia, panificio,...). Rapporto qualità-prezzo! Un appartamento al prezzo di una camera. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, molto spazio per riporre i propri oggetti. Operazioni di check-in/out in autonomia molto comodi. Gli omaggi sono stati molto graditi!

Pulizia migliorabile, una delle sedie aveva sulla seduta delle impronte di scarpe e c'erano polvere e capelli in giro. L'acqua della doccia diventava subito fredda! Abbiamo provato sia di mattina sia di sera ma il risultato è stato lo stesso. Purtroppo era libera solo la camera al piano terra su strada, un po' rumorosa.

Very good apartment

Very nice and comfortable apartment. The location is very good- near to shops and restaurants. The Centrale station is on a 10 minutes from the apartment. There is everything for use in the kitchen.

Struttura piuttosto recente, ben arredata, comoda alla stazione centrale di Bari.

Pulizia non ottimale, qualche piccola dotazione in più sarebbe gradita, tipo un appoggio x le valigie in camera e qualche accessorio in cucina. Purtroppo ci sono stati parecchi rumori alla sera tardi e al mattino presto.

Gerne wieder wenn ich in Bari bin.

Zimmer ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, Übergabe der Schlüßel war relativ einfach, alles geht per Email oder Whatsapp. Das Apartment war großzügig geschnitten und es gab 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, Parkplatz etwas schwierig da muss man Glück haben oder in ein Parkhaus gehen. Diverse Vorschläge erhält man vom Vermieter.

Kann nichts negatives sagen.

Posizione ottima, pulizia e servizi offerti eccellenti. Ho gradito tantissimo il pacco di orecchiette offerte. Un plauso alla cordialità del titolare che viene spesso incontro alle richieste del cliente informando dei servizi a disposizione nei dintorni dell'appartamento ancor prima del check in (come ad esempio il parcheggio!). Felice e soddisfatto! 10+

Nice from far but far from nice!

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral. Fussläufig viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut gelöst mit präzisen Angaben seitens des Vermieters kontaktlos möglich. Das Haus macht einen sehr guten Eindruck beim Eintreten in den Eingang / Treppenbereich / Fahrstuhl. Alles ist sehr sauber! Dieser Eindruck setzt sich in der Wohnung weiter durch. Sauberkeit 1a! Ausstattung ebenfalls top!

Leider wurde unser durchweg positiver Eindruck der Unterkunft spätestens in der Nacht enttäuscht. Das Bett und die Kissen sind super super hart, man findet absolut keine Schlafposition. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr, aber wirklich sehr hellhörig. Über uns lief bis spät in die Nacht ständig jemand mit Stöckelschuhen über den Boden was bis zu uns runter zu hören war. Ebenso bekamen wir die lauthals abgehaltenen Familienstreitigkeiten im Haus mit, die bis zu später Stunde abgehalten wurden. Last but not least, ab 1 Uhr in der Nacht kam die Müllabfuhr mehrmals vorbei. Auch das haben wir leider in der Wohnung mitbekommen als würde der Müllwagen durch unser Zimmer fahren. Alles in allem waren wir froh als die Nacht um 5.30 Uhr für uns zu Ende war und wir Richtung Flughafen aufbrechen konnten.

Great stay in Bari!

Great place, great location. The place had everything, even a washing machine and made our stay in Bari very comfortable. You can park on the street for free, just a bit of luck is necessary to find a free spot.

Pity it was only a short stay.

overall very good. last stop on the journey through italy. perhaps too short - conditions good for rest. and to prepare for departure.

frankly, I was a little confused by the repeated information that the facility is monitored and that no additional guests are allowed. a bit of a strange arrangement with leaving the car keys in the car park - probably typical for southern europe.

Great stay in Bari near the train station

We only stayed for one night. We did appreciated the size of the place. We liked the fact that it was cool in our room given the fact that outside was hot. We woud stay here again.

It was a great stay in Bari

Room was clean and there is enough everything we need. There are 2 air-conditioners in the appartment and worked well. The location is great. Walking to the center only takes 20 minutes or bus C. Thank you for the cakes.

The bed Matratze was not so good. I have haf backache next day.
